I immediately went to the housewares section in hopes of finding something for my kitchen area and maybe for the living room area. I had no business doing this, but I wanted to find myself something nice. I browsed and browsed, and after some digging and treasure hunting, I found a few items that I though would suit me quite nice. Much cheaper than finding them at other area stores. I especially enjoy browsing their hidden clearance sections throughout the store. They sometimes have some pretty good items in there, just be sure that they aren't broken being repair. Made my way to pay and out to my vehicle with my new finds and happy with this diversion of a stop.

The store features a small grocery section, a CVS pharmacy, and a range of items for the household. I find it useful to order ahead and pick up my purchases at the store if I think the store might run out of one or more items that I need. Payment is by self-checkout only, which is more efficient than a cashier-run checkout lane. Parking is available in the rear of the store.

Cold and rainy and I needed to walk a quarter mile just to get inside. I finally made it in and purchased the couple of items that I needed, but I was not thrilled to be here at all. Aside from all of that commotion, I noticed the prices here are the highest than any other department store in the area. The Kombucha juice that I like is $.25 higher here than other major grocery stores. It's like they only want customers who drive here and utilize the parking lot.

They placed their clearance items in the front of the store which is convenient before getting to the back of the store. The only reason why I didn't give this store a full 5 is the staffing issues they are dealing with. The teenagers are young but they haven't been fully trained to do their job before the store opened. It's ok though the manager is doing her best. One of the staff members mentioned they are doing interviews in the back so maybe in some months the store's customer service will be a littler better. I love the self scanning system too! I will definitely come back here!

I wanted to get three of them but I ended-up being more realistic and only purchased one today. They are bound to have a promotion or some sale for the 4th of July. I am very happy with what I got today, and I might even feel inclined to wear it outdoors tomorrow if it's nice outside.

The senior management at this location and the J Crew corporate office, should be aware of the frightening treatment this employee is capable of displaying to customers, to the point that I feared for my safety. The store is well organized and pretty clean. I've been in some Big Lots where things are on the floor and the shelves are messy. The staff was very helpful. The cashier in early May added another coupon to the one that I brought. Great customer service. I drove out to the Waldorf store once. It was okay but the parking lot was kind of sketchy. The shopping center is right off the Beltway. It has a lot of great stores including Aldi next door. Lots of parking. Recommend.

That was really always the appeal of WHBM to me, and the fact that they're straying from that definitely cheapens the brand significantly, imo. The majority of what I saw here today was a modgepodge of hideous colors, and - did my eyes deceive me - I even spotted jeans with applique embellishments...? Like the type I wore in 2002 when I shopped at Limited Too. Just so, so off-brand and confusing. If this is where the company's headed, I see them going down the same path as Cache reaaal fast. Anyway, I did find one singular pair of black pants that barely fit, but they'll work if I don't eat for a day or two. The dressing rooms are horrible with nothing but a drapey cloth that barely fastens shut, so expect to be paranoid the whole time about baring your jiggly bits to everyone around you. I'm giving one star back for service because the sales associate at checkout was delightful. We had a nice conversation and she even listened to me vent a little about my life for a few minutes. Always appreciated.
