So after I looked online and there's no specific spot to order my glasses, I approached her again and she rudely opened it. She seemed upset. Both cashiers were ignoring me on shift. I waited and was polite. After approaching her and she opened it, I showed her the ones I wanted and I asked her to hold them by the register. You can scan items AND look up to notice the line is practically down the aisle. I went in for children's hangers. Unfortunately the hangers were loose on a bar as the tags had fallen off of them. So I took an extra item to be scanned solely for the purpose of purchasing the loose hangers with no barcode. I had no intention of purchasing the additional item. I just needed to be charged for the hangers that they have available to purchase with no barcode. The cashier told me I'd have to buy the extra item anyway. Huh? So you're charging me for an item I want with no barcode AND an item I don't need with a barcode? Are you serious? A second cashier who I'm assuming is the manager tells me I can get a credit. You don't force me to get a credit when I was overcharged in the first place. This place is packed and she tells me that if I want a refund I have to get in the back of the line for my $1. After waiting forever because the first cashier failed to get assistance when needed? Nah. Horrible customer service and management. No apology for the error that cost me time and money. I don't care if it is $1. It's MY dollar. It's more to do the principal.
