When the manager finally came to the front, she was not helpful either. She did not look for the customer's order and simply told me it was not there. To justify not checking, she stated that she had already told the customer the store did not have the item they ordered. This store has EXTREMELY POOR customer service, and as an African American woman, I was led to believe that the behavior I experienced was prejudiced.

The food court is actually clean because of the low foot traffic and someone is constantly cleaning the place. They do have Tesla superchargers here so its a good place to charge and walk around. The chargers are in the corner of the lot and typically just walking to the bathroom and back and most of the charge should be done so not really much time left to wander. It was sad to see and kind of made me feel like life has moved on from my childhood.

With it being the holiday season this place was packed, not unlike any other weekend. I ran in here and tried to make my way around the store as fast as I could. In my mad dash to grab things I was able to complete my shopping list without too much hassle from the other customers. Even in the midst of holiday season, they seemed to have a well stocked store.

I had explained to the lady pharmacy clerk that I shouldn't be billed no more than $4.00 for each of my prescription except for 1 prescription. So she resubmitted the prescriptions that weren't going through correctly again and she was able to get my prescriptions covered. If she had not tried to resubmit my prescriptions I would not have been able to pay for the prescriptions and would have to go without them. I am so very thankful that the employee was not a computer or automated system because I would have not been helped. I will keep using the Walmart Pharmacy and recommending them.

All the aisles are narrow and shorter than all other super centers you will come across. You will have to either wait to make it through an aisle or walk forever until you find one that you can go down. As for the merchandise, you will find the most popular items on the shelf, but not the one you want. All the same, on a recent visit, my kids were delighted by a round of glow golf while I went off to do some shopping for presents. I was able to get everything I needed, before they were done. Add a hot pretzel to the mix, and you've got a perfectly fine mall experience. It may not be fancy, but it still gets the job done.
