She was rude from the time she opened her mouth until I walked out WITHOUT my intended purchases. There were major delays in check out. I was the next in line and waited 15 minutes and began to get a bit annoyed. It was obvious by my body language and others were annoyed too. She approached me and in a rude tone said she'd check me out. I went to the other register and she started ringing me out and throwing my purchases into the bags. Not placing, throwing! I went in there to get balloons for a baby shower. The person who helped me (sorta) obviously was annoyed that she had to come to the front to help. I asked for 3 different balloons and they didn't have any of the 3 I asked for - pink heart, pink flower, and purple flower. These aren't exactly specialty balloons. The whole balloons area was a hot mess, so for all I know, DT may have those and they wouldn't know it. There were easily 15 people waiting in line and it wasn't until one person decided to want to return food to the store that held everyone up before they realized they need another cashier. Then, one of two cashiers ran out of 5's. Called for someone to help, I don't even know if she ended up getting what she need when I left 10 minutes later, also holding up the line. The store is prominent on a main drag, and apparently everyone wants to shop at 9:15 in the morning. I chalk that up to poor management and that's about it. The buck definitely stops there and there's no one else to blame. I don't intend on going to this DT ever again.
