I am not big Jewelry person & I don't like wear rings but I do like to wear bracelets & earrings. From time to time I will wear a necklace. When I was organizing my jewelry I had a bunch of thin necklaces tangled up. I took there to get it clean & untangle. Everyone is nice. When my bracelet claps broke I went their to get it fix. The price was pretty steep but this is closest place to me. I really like this bracelet so I sucked it up and paid it. I also took my pandora bracelet there to get it clean. The funny part is that half of my bracelet is the real pandora mixes with fake one. They were able to spot it right away. They have an impressive-selection of tools that were priced decently. We came to view gun safes, they only had a a few models on the floor with a limited selection of brands but they have a bit wider of variety online and they will order them in. I deducted one star for two reasons. First, we were looking to purchase a large gun safe that weighs almost 1,000 pounds and although they do have delivery service, the only item they don't deliver is gun safes. Second reason, online they state they offer a military discount, when speaking we inquired about the discount we were told they only offer it on Veterans Day. Overall, the staff was super friendly and were knowledgeable about the products they carried. And they had an excellent clearance sale.

Only to find out we were charged wrong, so my husband went back into the store and again we were charged wrong. (to our advantage) Who we assumed was the manager was somewhat belittled to us. Telling us that it was not the right price and would be charge full price next time. As we loaded our items he rushed us to finish. I ran into several items that were left out on the floor in the aisles as well as some metal that was sticking out. The aisles are not wide enough to shop safely. The vibe in the store is not what it was since all employees have been changed. Employee's don't know the store or how to look up pricing. Just not a good experience all the way around. Will not be back.
