I would say the product in the store was geared towards older generations. They did have some name brand purses that were in good condition. The coolest part of the store is that they mark prices down once items have been in the store for an extended period of time-- this time period is on the tag of each item. Be careful to not miss it. It's tucked behind planet fitness and the juice box.

I do more consigning than buying, only because I'm hard to fit...always between a small and a medium or medium and large. You know what I mean. Shouldn't these be in the back and brought out in small carts so on a Saturday afternoon your customers can get to the merchandise? Isles were strewn with merchandise everywhere. The lady said they had been super busy with the 15% off coupon that was sent to Ollie's Army Rewards members. I also got a 10% off coupon for my shopping level. Wish they would have separated these out so there weren't two coupons both expiring in November. The one thing I came for (protein bars) they had a very limited stock. That is one challenge with Ollie's because merchandise is constantly changing and is different from location to location. If they would cleanup the merchandise and remove the pallets the rating would go from 3 to 4 or 5. Checkout was quick and efficient. The register operator was nice.

Although I did not find the exact same one, I did find one similar, so I purchased that one. While in the store, I did go through the aisles to see if there was anything else I might like to purchase. It's a big place. They definitely have a wide variety of inventory and just about anything you might be looking for, but I wasn't impressed. If you are looking for books and art supplies, toys, clothes, household, even furniture, they probably have it. It's worth a try. Would I go there again. Well, maybe.

Like their competitor, they have a little bit of everything here, minus such a crowd. You can't go wrong with that. This particular location was a little bit picked through though, which always seems to be the case at this Target. Other than that, I would recommend it.

Much of what they have that I use I can find for a good deal less money someplace else that is usually closer to home. And this occasion I purposely stopped in because I looked online for an item that I have searched for in the past. They showed they had it in stock and when I got to the section you should be in I couldn't even find a place on the shelf or it could go. This is the same problem I had the last time I was looking for the same item and that was well over a year ago at a different location. Sadly their website just never seems to be truly up-to-date on much of what they carry. From my point of view if you're not looking for something specific and don't mind spending the money then this is probably the store for you. My one kid shops here for groceries because of allergies they have and items they can find here that don't give them the problems that they get from other stores.

FALSE ADVERTISING and POOR SERVICE continue to be an issue at the JCPenney in Davenport, FL…read more As a personal shopper working with multiple clients at a time, it's extremely frustrating to spend time selecting styles, colors, and sizes, only to find at checkout that the posted pricing is incorrect. This has happened repeatedly, which is why I've reduced how often I shop here. Just yesterday, I saw a sign advertising $9.99 and "buy one, get one." Because of past issues, I took a photo of the sign before going to the register. As expected, the shirts did not ring up as advertised. When I showed the photo, I was told the sign did not mean buy one, get one free, but rather buy one and get something from another department. However, when I asked what item was included from another department, I was told there was nothing. and that the "white sign" did not say buy one get one (see photo included). What's most concerning is that instead of taking responsibility for incorrect signage, the explanation shifted to blaming customers -- suggesting that shoppers sometimes change the signs, which I found hard to believe given the way the sign was positioned and displayed. It would require insider knowledge to flip it the way it was shown to me. That response feels dismissive and avoids accountability for what appears to be ongoing internal issues. Consistently incorrect signage, combined with defensive or dismissive responses when customers raise legitimate concerns, feels disrespectful of shoppers' time and patronage to the store. Sadly, I'm not the only one that encounters these problems as you can see from other reviewers. Clear pricing and professional customer service should be standard expectations.

(I'm mainly also speaking to females here, but if you are a male with that fashion sense then I mean hey go for it haha) I really had no idea what I was walking into the first time I went to Versona. All I knew was that I was in desperate need of some cute dress pants and just a whole outfit for a presentation that was in a few days, so I needed to find something that day. I searched the handy old internet to find some stores nearby that might have what I was looking for at more reasonable prices, and that's when Versona crossed the radar. This is an awesome store! I am far from being a fashionista or really having any trustworthy sense of fashion, but this store has some CUTE items! From tanks to long sleeves to jackets to pants, they have a great selection of different types of clothes that can all be dressed up or are just the professional look you need (or I needed at least). Because, let's be honest- especially for women, previous decades of business appropriate clothes can be UGLY. Like, so awkward fitting, looking, and just really not making you feel confident or good about yourself in any way. But Versona has that touch of modern trends in their styles where you will like how the clothes fit and look. Trust me, it's a big deal! And the best part: the prices are so in reach! Broke college kid speaking here too (rip)- I didn't feel like I was giving away part of my soul just to have some more dress clothes. Most of their pants are around $30-40! They also have at least 3 displays of jewelry, scarves, shoes, sunglasses and so, so much. Oh yeah, you can try on your picks in their dressing rooms that are open again. Hallelujah! Go check them out!

Take a look at the attached pic - all of those red signs? Sale items! Given the size of this light and airy store (a/k/a HUGE), the amount of floor space dedicated to sale product is...most excellent. Particularly for those of us savvy shoppers who will WAIT, if necessary, until a piece goes on sale - if it stays (slays) in stock. Also, if you have the pennies to spend, I can pretty much guarantee you will find a dress, blouse, accessory, what-have-you, that NO ONE ELSE is rocking (yet). I regularly visit the Winter Park store and now I'll show the Lakeland location as much love as my wallet can stand. J'adore!
