It was not uncommon to have to walk over toddlers laying down and rolling in the aisles or climbing on shelf structures with oblivious parents nearby or OLD people who ignored the fact they were dead center in the aisle and you couldn't get around them to either side. This kind of shopping experience will make you grateful to pay a few pennies more elsewhere.

They have an impressive-selection of tools that were priced decently. We came to view gun safes, they only had a a few models on the floor with a limited selection of brands but they have a bit wider of variety online and they will order them in. I deducted one star for two reasons. First, we were looking to purchase a large gun safe that weighs almost 1,000 pounds and although they do have delivery service, the only item they don't deliver is gun safes. Second reason, online they state they offer a military discount, when speaking we inquired about the discount we were told they only offer it on Veterans Day. Overall, the staff was super friendly and were knowledgeable about the products they carried. And they had an excellent clearance sale.

Telling us that it was not the right price and would be charge full price next time. As we loaded our items he rushed us to finish. I ran into several items that were left out on the floor in the aisles as well as some metal that was sticking out. The aisles are not wide enough to shop safely. The vibe in the store is not what it was since all employees have been changed. Employee's don't know the store or how to look up pricing. Just not a good experience all the way around. Store not laid out in an organized fashion. There are better deals in Dollar General and Dollar Tree. Very few shoppers helped with aisle navigation and convenient parking. It is the nearest store to SE Lakeland but it might be worth finding another FG a little further away.
