While I have been shopping at Target for years, I only recently started doing my grocery shopping here. I personally found that what I'm looking for, I can usually find here. I am autistic and have sensory sensitivities, so one of the reasons that I switched to shopping here is because I find it to be less overwhelming than some other grocery stores. Plus, with being visually impaired, I find it easier to shop in places where the organisation is a bit better and I have typically had better experiences with the neatness of the store. Yes, I notice that prices tend to be a bit higher here versus other stores, but for me, it's worth it because I typically have a better experience and easier time when I shop here.

She was very helpful and made a point of inquiring if my wife had an account. She told her she had an old account, but did not think it was active anymore as it had been years since she had been inside a Kohl's. My wife's cell number did not match. However, after trying our old landline number which was deactivated about 10 years ago it popped up. This gave a $10 off voucher, which was appreciated. We were both very perplexed how uncrowded the store was and hope it is not a sign of negative things to come. The reason we, primarily the better half, stopped going to Kohl's was because in our previous home town the place was always packed and unkempt; the opposite of this Kohl's.

We found 2 that we loved, and went to go check out. This is when things derailed a bit. The line was so long that it wrapped back and forth before heading back in towards the Marshalls side of the store. It was clear they were not expecting that type of crowd as only a few registers were open. My husband and I looked at each other, set the pillows down, and walked out. As good of a value as the pillows were, it was not worth standing in a line that long. This morning I returned to pick up the pillows. Again, it took a bit for someone to open a register, but at least the wait was only one person ahead of me and not 50. I would recommend that managers have a point within the line that if it crosses that point, it's all hands on deck to get people through it as fast as possible.
