Everything is laid out so that you don't feel lost or overwhelmed. The clothes are simple, stylish, and actually really good quality for the price. Everything my kids tried on felt comfortable and wearable for everyday outfits. The staff were friendly and the whole experience was just easy and smooth. Self check out was so easy; just place all your items in the bin and it automatically scans everything.

Grace provided excellent customer service from the moment I walked into the store. Before I made the purchase, I asked if she could double check his account to make sure I was buying the right size. She pulled up his account and verified that he had actually purchased a smaller size so she got the correct size for me. During checkout, she asked if I was a Passholder or DVC member and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that annual passholders receive a 10% discount at this location.

The painted Toms run from 100$-175$ from what I've seen depending on the complexity of the design. I always stop by to watch them paint when I'm at Disney Springs. The artists seem to really love what they do! I recently bought a pair of shoes painted from the movie Up! And I love them! They are a little stiff the first few times you wear them due to the paint but they do loosen up after a few wears. Love this place!
