UNPROFESSIONAL. I was needing a copy of my x-rays from Fallon Dental so I reached out to them last week. Woman who took my call was very polite and said she would take care of it. It's a pretty simple request ..... so I thought. I never received the x-rays, so I had to call again, asking them, urgently, please send me my x-rays. The second woman who I spoke with, apologized they weren't sent already, verified in my notes that I did in fact call and already requested them. She too confirmed, she would take care of it and get them to me. A simple request, made twice, and they never followed through. I was needing them the next day for my new dentist and desperate so I called again, this time after-hours. I selected the option that it was an emergency in order to speak with someone live. It went to an after-hours call center, who I had to explain the situation to, and this rep also confirmed in my notes that I had called MULTIPLE times requesting my x-rays, and said she would try to get ahold of someone who could access my records and send them to me. I never received my x-rays in time. The records were finally sent AFTER the weekend, AFTER my appointment that I needed them. It's a simple request, that they couldn't follow through with. read more

Updated review... After going to this dental practice for over a year, I must say, I am so happy that we have chosen Dr Boparai to be our dentist! We have a 2 year old son, and we took him to his first appt when he turned 2, and she was so patient and good with him (which isn't so easy) My husband just had a crown done, and also is getting a new retainer. We absolutely love this dentist' office and the staff! If you are looking for a new dentist--this is the place! So happy to have found Fallon Dental Group! We have made Dr. B our "go-to" dentist. I had to get a crown, and decided to try this place out. While I was waiting for the crown to be made, I also got a cleaning done. Pros: Great service, clean, nice people! Cons: if i have an appointment at a certain time I expect to be seen at my appointment time or maybe five minutes after. Four out of the six times I've been there (for me or a family member) we've had to wait longer than 20 minutes and two of the times it was longer than 30 minutes to be seen. read more

This review actually isn't even for me getting work done at this office, but my boyfriend having oral surgery here. The staff is not only friendly, but also very welcoming, constantly using the patient's names; which makes this office feel much warmer and like the staff is inviting you into their home rather than a doctor's office. The doctors were open and honest, and clear about what was going to happen and the expectations for post surgery. The surgeon even went as far to give me his cell phone number and told me to call/text him if I had any concerns. I had a horrifying experience at Fallon Dental Group. They are so incompetent and unprofessional - from the front office to the doctor. Thankfully, I only had 2 visits with them before I fled the office. I had a David fellow as my dentist - I am trying to erase the terrifying incident from my memory, including his name. The dentist when asked about my dental issue just shrugged looking like a high school boy who didn't want to do school work. He said he would contact me later but never did. I question the 3 assistants' dental prowess whom I dealt with. Oh and the front office, well, they take the price for being the worst reception I have ever encountered. I called on today October 26 about 4:30 pm and the woman that answered the phone was extremely rude ... after I asked a few questions in reference to the service I was looking to get done she proceeded to imply that I wouldn't be able to afford the service which is very strange because numbers were not discussed during this conversation ..she let me know she pulled up my chart and could tell I wasn't insured so maybe that is what lead her to imply what she believed I could and could not afford .. or maybe it was the fact she could obviously see the RACE on my chart very strange actually sad because she also mentioned she was a manager when I asked to speak with one ..even more strange hopefully this woman learns to have better customer service as well as to not be judgemental based on charts because you never know to whom you are speaking with or their position and influence we are humans and all deserve the same respect read more

If I can give it a zero I would. This happened a year ago and I don't know why my yelp was not recorded. My whole family went and Dr B the owner doctor was rude. She was very harsh in cleaning my son teeth as if she was taking it out on him. The doctor did X-ray for three of us and charged the insurance over $2800 for panoramic. We did not know at the time. It was her attitude that upset Me. We wanted to have an experienced doctor to take care of our teeth. She reacted and took it personal that when I was asking about the tenure. She acted arrogant and therefore we cancelled out future appointment. I later found out she took panoramic X-ray and caused $2800 reimbursements from insurance and she did nothing. I had to go thur my insurance company to get my money back where they wanted over 1000.00 they had refund my money back my co pay was 5.00 not the 535.00 for a temp crown they are scamming people. I would never go to them i will never refer them to nobody. They are lier and scammer. This was my first introduction to this location for dentistry and it was an absolutely fantastic experience!!! For some background, my previous dentist has decided to retire and this meant that it was time for me to search for dental help going forward. I did a lot of research online and decided to call this office. I was assisted over the phone by Madeana, the office manager as I came to find, and she took her time answering every one of my list of questions about their office and services. She was patient and kind, so I decided to jump in wholeheartedly and give them a chance. We set up the appointment. I came in for my appointment and even though I was 30 minutes ahead of schedule, Madeana got me right in and Courtney got started with my x-rays. After that came the assessment of said x-rays, then my cleaning, and last but not least, addressing my individual issues that had cropped up on me over the previous time since my dentist had retired. I was assisted at different points throughout by Courtney, and I must say that she is highly educated and fully capable of completing all tasks needed. Courtney exhibited an extraordinary ability to multitask and she was as gentle as one could be who performed the duties that she does. As for the larger dental needs, Dr. Boparai completed her work with precision and expertise at the highest level of dentistry, and she left me quite pleased for having chosen Fallon Dental Group as my new dental provider. Lastly, my hygienist, Nilo, was expertly trained and was very thorough in addressing all of the items needed during that cleaning process. My teeth looked incredible when Nilo finished all of the steps! Very disappointed with the services. The doctor will refuse a basic cleaning which was covered under my dental policy stating that only a deep cleaning is necessary and helpful to me. I am not objecting to paying for the deep cleaning , I only would like to change my dental policy which will give me more dental coverage for more work in 6 months They have done the panoramic x ray which exhausted my insurance benefit and makes it hard for me to go to another dental office as each office would do an X-ray first. Now I have to wait 3 years to get a panoramic scan under my insurance benefit. In my opinion, a good doctor never refuses basic cleaning. Oh well, I cancelled all my children future appointments and with the advice of my insurance company to ask for the x ray back! Sorry to say that the arrogance from the doctor is what scares me! The owner dentist is only interested in having me pull out my wisdom teeth so they can extract my other tooth which they believe has decay ( with no sign) and their plan is to give me a crown , then redo some other existing crowns. This is all about income to them and not my wellbeing. If I have gum problem, why would the owner dentist refuse a basic cleaning and schedule a future date for my deep cleaning. It would all have worked out. another example is that they ask my college son to schedule a payment plan for wisdom tooth extraction! Totally desperate for income. Shout out to Dr. Phillips and Paolo! Finding a dentist and practice that you can trust is tough. I experienced a few non-noteworthy practices after leaving my dentist of many years due to a change of insurance. The quest for a good dentist is over!! I have the confidence in Dr. Phillips that he has my best interests; he is a good listener, lets me know what he is about to do and what I may be feeling. Dental work is not easy to endure, but Dr. Phillips and assistant Paolo are a good team. The crown fits beautifully. The inlay on the other side feels completely natural. I normally attended different clinic and dentist but over time they git to busy and have no time for emergencies. I looked for the clinic who would accept my insurance and Dr. Bopari's practice catch my eye right away. I give them a call and in 15 minutes I meet Dr. Bopari. She helped me with my problem right away and was able to help me with many other problems I had. I'm very happy that I had chance to meet this incredible experienced and confident dentist. She have answer for any of my question with very good explanation. I feel well cared at Fallon Dental Group clinic. Ladies at the front desk always friendly, helpful and welcoming. Let me preface this post with some background information : I am 50 years old, my teeth have no cavities - and I get a cleaning every 6 months, like clock work. For the past 40 years - after seeing a dentist I always get the same speech : "your teeth are perfect, see you in 6 months for your next cleaning" With that said, I made an appointment with Fallon dental, which went smoothly, I even asked them if they did hand scaling to which they replied they could accommodate my request. Where they fell 100% short in customer service is when I told them my past experiences with dentists and that my teeth are in perfect shape, all I want is a cleaning and that I did not want x-rays taken as I had them taken within the year and they could get them from my previous dentist. They INSISTED that I have x-rays and they could NOT do a cleaning without one, she even said it twice. I told her fine, I will find another dentist and left. don't let a dentist tell you x-rays are required for a cleaning - there is no need, especially if you received them within 6 months ! It's very difficult for me to write down this review and I struggled a lot to be able to finally write it. Generally, this place is really nice with nice receptionists. Their hygienist (TROY JOHNSON) cleaned my teeth and he did a great job on that. He is a super nice/social person in general. Also, their main dentist (I assume she is the manager of this place as well) Dr. KARLEEN BOPARAI is a very nice and caring doctor as well. She didn't worked on my teeth so that I can give her a rate for it. However, in several interactions, she tried to help me. On the other hand, their PERIODONTIST DR. FILIPPO CANGINI is 100% opposite from other doctors. I had a problem that I needed to extract my tooth for future implant. Dr. Boparai suggested Dr. CANGINI for this extraction. I new that I don't want to do the implant with him and I told to the receptionist and Dr. Boparai, they said it is fine. FILIPPO CANGINI will extract you tooth and you can do the implant later however you want. I took off a day from work for this means. I showed up at the dental facility at 9:30 and ended up ended up meeting Dr. CANGINI around 10:00. He said, it's totally okay, he can do the extraction and start the implant procedure right afterwards. He also gave me several advises regarding implant and how good it is...... As soon as I told him that I am not going to the implant with him and I just want him to extract the tooth that is 100% covered by insurance, he changed 100% and he said that he cannot do it.....I ended up waiting for 1 more hour to figure the situation out and see if there is any other doctor who can help me with the dental extraction. No one could, and also no one could tell and force him to do it, even the manager. Finally, he wasted all my day without extracting my tooth JUST BECAUSE I TOLD HIM I WILL NOT DO THE EXTRA STUFF THAT THEY OFFER AND IS NOT COVERED BY INSURANCE. Yes guys, as simple as this. They can do whatever they want and ruin your day and time because they can. Also, they want to sell you many other things that are not required and are not covered by insurance, because they are greedy and want more. Please DO NOT let them to continue this ugly culture that exists in this business by speaking out and telling no to the extra unnecessary charges. read more

I had to leave since I had to get to work. Looked like a nice place but they really shouldn't be overbooking. My husband and daughter came to do a routine cleaning. We have been to other dentists before but our primary dentist was all booked, so decided to try a new one. My daughter is 3 and a half and all they did was count her teeth, while we have had other dentists brush her teeth and sing her songs and talk to her about dental hygiene. As for my husband, all they did was take X-rays. No cleaning because they said their hygienist wasn't there. If they didn't have a hygienist there, why would we have scheduled to come in to do a routine cleaning? Waste of time and money. read more

I am not happy with my recent visits with Fallon Dental Group. I was told to wait even though I arrived earlier than my appointments both times. I was told that the dentists were in the middle of procedures with other patients and they were running late. I can understand this might happen once in a while but this has happened too frequent for me. (one on 9-13-18 and one on 9-25-18). I feel I am less important than the other patients and my appointments do not mean anything to them. If the prior patient needs more treatment time then they should schedule me at a later time. My time is just as important as others. I ended up seeing a dental assistant on my 9-13-18 visit and saw Dr. C on my second appointment. read more

Just got my wisdom teeth extraction surgery done with the oral surgeon Dr. Dhaval Patel. Had an astoundingly painful situation ... four bony impacted teeth! Was given general anesthesia and the 40 minute ordeal was over in what felt like 10 minutes! With the aid of painkillers I was up and about after four hours. Was dreading the procedure terribly and the team at Fallon made the experience far better than I'd expected. read more
