Then, as we're walking out, my brother comments to her, "I like the (vintage) stereo (in the side room) where an older couple was sitting. My brother asked if they were the owners. The woman curtly replied, "That's my Dad" (with a tone that MORE than implied "what's it to you?) and with a look at the door that was so cold and rude it's hard to relay on this post. The irony? The have a HUGE mural inside that says: SERVING EVERY SIP WITH A SMILE (or something to that affect). But, maybe that's only during hours of operation. Definitely NOT the customer service that would entice anyone to come back. So sad.
