A beautiful paver-patio out front with flowers, waterfall, small koi pond, umbrellas & fire pit, with another smaller awning covered patio to the side...hardwood floors & a fireplace inside with a nice pastry cabinet & friendly staff to greet you...great selection a both hot & cold drinks...the latte they poured for the person in front of me looked & smelled delicious & my hazelnut iced coffee was on point...I could see how parking could be an issue as mentioned in other reviews, but I had no problem getting my full-sized Suburban in & out (they have a couple "10-Minute/To-Go Only" spots right up front) at 10am on a Saturday so don't let that scare you off...definitely a GREAT little spot for hand-made, inexpensive coffees, especially if you're sick of coughing over big BUCKS to the "corporate green giant"! read more

Let me start off by saying this place just feels like Fallbrook. I have been here several time but usually my wife just runs in for the coffee. I went in this weekend and the staff was incredibly nice (almost too nice for pre coffee) everyone person working said goodmorning to me and was super friendly. Their coffee always seems to be fresh. I will definitely come back here with my laptop becasue the environment is calm and peaceful with plenty of places to sit, I like that there are lots of nooks to tuck away with your computer if youd like. I mean hear me out yo. I had taken thirteen tabs of acid at this festival and hadn't eaten for two days. I had no idea what to eat and was paranoid of food. I popped in the fallbrook coffee shop after coming out of a psychedelic trance and there appeared before me a four berry smoothie. I could tell after the first big inhalation / insuflation of the drink (I snorted some) that it was totally fire and healthy. I got addicted to the smoothie and can't go a day without it, I beg my parents for spare change to save up for the four berry smoothie. I had to quit my 80 dollar a day heroin addiction to afford my new smoothie habit. read more

This has got to be the best coffee shop in Fallbrook. Before even walking into FCC, there is a beautiful waterfall fountain and fantastic outside seating. Inside is just as cozy as outside! The coffee is of the best quality as well as their homemade pastries. I had a Vanilla Lavender latte that was phenomenon and perfect, not too sweet. The lunch was great! Love Fallbrook coffee! There's something for everyone here. They offer free fish food for customers to feed the fish. I have three kids and they always let each kid have a container, which I see as generous. Their coffee is fair trade and delicious. Their bakery items are are fresh, always a win! It's not a hit or miss with this place, every time is good. They indoor art work is very nice. They have a bathroom and outdoor seating as well. I've come here for a hot coffee and treat on a rainy day and sat inside or for an iced tea or coffee and sat outside next to their koi fish pond. Plus, all their proceeds comes right back into Fallbrook (mostly the fallbrook Library I've heard). Overall, a great coffee shop! read more

Cute coffee shop with eclectic, but not excessive, decor. Nice amount of space, which was convenient, as, though it was about 20 minutes till close, there were a fair number of people enjoying the products and premises. I enjoyed a relaxed Klatch Coffee espresso, and lovely (and might I add: fair priced) french press of Sumatra, roasted of the same aforementioned company. My husband and I love this place! This is his favorite coffee place to go to. Occasionally we also love to go for breakfast! I am obsessed with their açai bowls! Always a solid choice for some morning coffee, breakfast or a snack. My only real complaint with this place is that they are not open at night when a good coffee and desert would be great. The food- quiche, breakfast bagels, wraps, they are all really good. The bakery items are super tasty with some vegan and gluten free options that are surprisingly tasty. Scones and muffins are always great. The coffee- some of the best around, the lattes and mochas aren't super sweet so remember you are still drinking some variant of coffee. The blended drinks are really good. Today's choose was the blended vanilla latte in decaf. It's just sweet enough with the vanilla, but you don't feel like you're drinking a shake. As for food, farmhouse wrap with ham and bacon, ask for some tapitio if you like hot sauce and it's pretty much a breakfast burrito. Give them a shot if you're in the area and you won't be disappointed, the staff is really nice and helpful if you have questions. Recently remodeled inside and going through a few upgrades outside too: This cute locals joint pulls a super smooth shot and makes a damn good cup o' joe. We also ordered a couple of breakfast wraps and tried the mini donut muffins-all delish! Your wait time will vary depending on the day you go, the time and the staff but it wasn't too bad for us. There's a little room full of laptop people working away, then the main space with cozy tables. Outdoors is a shaded patio and a water feature with koi fish. The two times that I've been there, I've been treated as if my business was nothing to them and and I felt like they couldn't care less whether I ever came back or not. I am in no way a demanding customer and always treat any employee of any businesses as I wish to be treated. because of the indifferent treatment I received on both visits, I can't remember the quality of coffee, good or bad I've been told that this shop is owned and operated by a local church. I admit it, I've fallen in love with Fallbrook. And I'm definitely in love with this little place. It embodies all of the things I love about Fallbrook. It's cute charming, quaint, and everyone there knows one another. I loved all options they provided me to just sit back, read a book, and enjoy my coffee: A cute little indoor area with lots of little private nooks for reading or private conversation; a shaded patio with adirondack chairs out back; and a front patio with umbrella covered tables, a beautiful waterfall and a firepit. The ambiance was perfect: No annoying background music to distract you from your book or from your conversation; no pretentious baristas; just genuinely nice people in a genuinely sweet little place. You'll likely notice that I haven't commented on the food yet - and that's because I only got a cup of coffee. I will return and will try one of their avocado sandwiches - Fallbrook IS the self-proclaimed avocado capital of the U.S., afterall - but for right now, the rating is simply for the overall experience. read more

Note: there were complaints about the parking. This is not a "mainstream" Mc-coffee place. It's a sit-down, local place. They offer overflow parking a very short walk away. This place is a refreshing alternative to the other "Fourbucks" place down the road in that they offer their own pastries and food cooked on-site (very few shops actually do that, to my surprise) and coffee that actually tastes like coffee. It's got intimate seating areas, outside seating by a pond and call-in, takeaway service. Their food is real, the service is quick and pleasant, the shop is small and has a local feel. She knows me by name leading with a warm smile and hello...this place for me is a little bit of serenity mixed with your local coffee house ambiance...yes, of course you get the code so noise, but for me, i of of like it. Nestled in the big little town of Fallbrook (last unincorporated city before Temecula) this coffee shop is very inviting...but be warned their ours are not like a big name coffee shop. Unfortunately, they close at 5 on weekdays and 2 on weekend...sometimes i have to adjust my schedule to meet there's but definitely not an inconvenience when you get what you pay for. Recommendations include there breakfast wraps which come with a side of fruit, any of the coffees iced or hot, and any of there baked good from the pastry case. My wife likes this place. I have only been once. I feel like i had no options as a regular coffee drinker. Like starbucks there is no extra creamers or flavors for the coffee unless i want a latte or a special $7 hot sugar drink. After asking for Irish cream the person behind the counter asked if i wanted French Vanilla creamer. Last time i checked those flavors were not very similar. So i got the "FLAVOR PUMP." Not the same as creamer. Also came without cream or sugar. I ended up taking care of my coffee I bought from them at a 7/11. read more

I love this coffee shop. Since moving to Fallbrook, I've become so spoilt with good service and small businesses. They have an amazing menu and great staff. When we walked in, we were greeted warmly and our order was taken promptly. My little girl was treated like a princess and she had a lot of fun being the belle of the ball. They have amazing coffee and their pastries are fresh and delicious. The shop itself is adorable. It is really an experience. We just felt so relaxed and didn't care how long we sat around doing nothing. That's a welcome change from fast paced Starbucks. We have been back numerous times and I feel bad for only doing my review now but maybe I just want to keep this gem for myself :) I love Fallbrook. And I love local businesses like this. We are new to Fallbrook and trying all of the quaint locations in this historic downtown. Well, we not only left with a great cup of coffee from this café, but the fabulous new owners actually sold us their conversation/group table from their private room! (never hurts to ask, right?) We've only had the coffee so far, so I had to stop at a 4 star - but it looks 5 star worthy! The table and benches are now being sanded and refinished for our farm house. What a kick to know I have a farm table and benches that has seen hundreds of conversations from locals; and I'm sure there have been hundreds of memories made across this handmade table and benches. We have reinforced it from years of wear and fixed the split top. We are not sanding out or taking away all the kids scribble underneath (too cute). Thankfully there is no gum. It would have to go. I would just LOVE any feedback on memories of this great table that seats at least 10-12. Anyone? read more

The greatest little spot to sit and relax in Fallbrook. This place is the very essence of the small town local hangout coffee shop. The staff is nice, friendly and helpful. The menu is simple and consistently delicious, with tons of homemade bakery goodies. The manager team is really the heart and soul of the place, and you can tell from the baking that they love their work. They're very creative and you can almost always find something in the display case you haven't had before. Some of our favorites: the blended creme brulee, the blended blueberry pomegranate, the hot apple cider, any variety of quiche, and the donut muffins. Even the house water is tasty, with chopped cucumber and/or citrus. Seriously though, try a donut muffin. The heart of any coffee shop is of course in the beans, and FCC's is exactly what you'd hope for from an independent place: delicious. Mrs. Quickdraw loves the flavor of coffee but hates the burnt taste of Starbucks; she's in heaven here. If tea's more your thing, there's a selection of loose teas. In either case there's plenty of good flavored syrups, which the staff puts to great use. The atmosphere is very relaxed and casual. Some light background music is always there, but not overpowering. The inside is an open floor area with a little bar seating, a few tables, and a back room with a picnic table; the whole feel is very homey. Outside there are two patios and a beautiful little koi pond/garden area; it's the ideal place to stop off while walking your dog. Between the friendly staff, the chill atmosphere, and the reasonable prices for great drinks and delicious light meals, we are in here twice a week. Long live Fallbrook Coffee Company. read more

Pros: The drinks are good and a nice change of pace for someone who's usually a Starbucks junkie. They're fresh and true to flavor. When I order vanilla bean I tastes vanilla bean. Haha. The atmosphere is so calming and welcoming. Coming here is like being in a different world tucked away in a quiet corner. The staff is super friendly and one of the reasons I returned. They made me feel like they see me daily. Lol Their presentation and timely service was great. There is loads of seating options all ass tempting as the next! Cons: It's a tad on the expensive side. Their sandwiches could use some sprucing as far as taste and price. They should consider adding a few extra items onto the menu for both drinks and foods. I've visited Fallbrook Coffee Co. twice now. Had a pleasant experience with the staff both times. The first time, my cappuccino with almond milk tasted a little funky. I thought maybe the almond milk might have been a little old or something? But ultimately it was fine and way better than any Starbucks coffee. On my second visit, my coffee tasted better and I realized they also have a food menu. So, I ordered their veggie wrap. I was extremely disappointed in that and would not recommend it to anyone. I mostly felt like I was eating a tortilla with a few spinach leaves in it. Absolutely not worth what I paid for it. Overall, still a great vibe and nice atmosphere. Filled with Banksy paintings and the delicious smell of gluten free pastries/steamed milk, I stumbled very deliberately into this place, as I've been wanting to try it out since I moved here a month ago. I'm not a Starbucksaholic, love supporting local businesses but I am a but of a coffee snob. I can happily say the coffee here rocks. I imbibed a vanilla latte (full fat, light on the vanilla) and rolled the dice on their Caesar salad (you guessed it, also a Caesar snob). The salad was lovely, with just the right amount of chicken, croutons and light in the dressing both in application and consistency. I also tried part of a gluten pumpkin spice muffin.
