I then called Shawn to schedule the work and when the day arrived Shawns crew showed up promptly on time and took action. This crew was amazing in how they roped the tree limbs and cut them to make them land perfectly away from obstacles like our pool, electric supply line and vinyl fence that was very close to this tree being cut down. Rope, cut and take away including the stump all was performed in perfect harmony with this crew which eased my anxiety. Everything was cleaned up and you wouldn't even know a tree was ever there! We contacted JBS Tree Service over two months ago, and they came out promptly to provide us with a…read morevery reasonable estimate to trim our arborvitaes and remove a tree when they were scheduled to do our neighbor's yard. Although they completed our neighbor's property on 5/15/26 and initially did not do ours, I left a message expressing my disappointment. To their credit, they came back the very next morning at 8:00 a.m. and did a beautiful job. Our arborvitaes have never looked better, and you would never even know a tree had been removed. They were unable to grind the stump because of the Belgian block surrounding the area, but they cut it so cleanly that you can barely tell it is there. Overall, we are very happy with how everything turned out and truly appreciate the quality of their work.
