Lets try this again as my original post disappeared. Few years back had paver patio done by PSD. Paid a pretty sum (about $11k) for services and never haggled. Paid for them to do our patio pavers. You want cash.. ok I paid cash.. Did I ask for a discount? NO.. I paid. Two years later some pavers are moving due to settling and water. Not looking for warranty work. I don't want something for nothing. Tried reaching out last spring several times. Several times, and could not get a phone call or text back. That was in the spring. Me.. I let it go because I know summers are hot and PSD probably has a full plate. Try again this spring. Several calls, text etc. I finally create a post like this and walla.. I get a text and they will send someone out to look at it and advise on cost. Gentleman came out took a look and told me he would show Pat and get back to me. Almost 2 weeks past and I got nothing. Try calling and a few texts. Again no return calls, no return texts absolutely dick. I'm frustrated and annoyed. I went local to support local business and I feel like I'm getting it in the ass. Why cant I get a fucking phone call back? Why can't I get any sort of response? Why is it so hard to call someone or respond to an issue I am having? Why is it so difficult to muster up the energy to call someone back. Gentleman that came out said Pat had knee replacement. OK I get it. You still have people working for you. The gentleman that came out was very nice and respectable. He was great and I thought I was getting somewhere. My mother had knee replacement as well as other family members.. They could still speak and have the ability to dial a phone number. Yeah that sounds harsh.. You still have employees and operate. Still see trucks running around town. You still have the ability to speak to an employee to say "Hey why don't you call Robbie back and take care of this." Why not do what respectable businessmen do and return a phone call or text. Tell me your fucked up and cant function because of surgery. I'll understand that but you give me no choice but to go this route and at this point I'm not gonna candy coat how I feel. How does this explain last year? Why do I need to call someone else to fix it? I'll tell you.. You did the job. You know the material as well as the substrate material. It has to get to this point? Cant believe that it comes to me writing this review when I was never was an asshole, never someone that bitched about the price, was flexible with time line, and was never someone that didn't pay for the service you provided. These guys were great and fairly priced. Never used a tree removal service before but my neighbor recommended them and I couldn't be more satisfied. I had a 50 ft oak tree stuck in between my pool, deck, and house, no truck access... The crew mitigated all those obstacles with no damage to the pool pump, filter, and heater that is directly next to the tree. Total pros, would recommend to anyone. read more

PSd remove a tree that was split in a storm. They showed up on time on the scheduled day. They hit the ground running. The tree was removed stump ground and the yard was left almost cleaner than when they started. I have used PSD in the past and if I need their services again I will be calling. read more

Pat and his crew are very responsible and reliable. They have removed bushes, trees and trimmed bushes for us on three occasions now. We also just had them lay sod in our yard and it turned out beautiful. PSD is reasonable in their pricing and fast at getting their job done. Very neat and clean as well. We will definitely recommend them to family and friends that live on the Jersey Shore and they will be the first ones we will call with any landscaping or yard work in the future.
