I have a large driveway, and due to my husband recently suffering a heart attack, it was very important that we had reliable snow removal service. He came at 5:00 a.m., but when I went outside at 8:00 a.m., there were still approximately six inches of snow on the driveway. By 11:00 a.m., I called to ask if he would be returning to properly clear it. He never came back. It continued snowing until 4:00 p.m., and my husband and I were forced to shovel the driveway ourselves. It was an exhausting and difficult experience, especially given my husband's health condition. A service that was not properly provided, yet he is now requesting $100 for work that was not completed.

It took weeks for him to finally start, he had one excuse after another. Two of my neighbors also hired him and he waited to do all three driveways at the same time. All three of us ended up with bad jobs. They still haven't removed the wood framing around the concrete. My neighbors driveway, concrete apron & sidewalk need to be repaired and replaced. The driveways are all showing tire tread marks even after we waited six full days to park on them. They did not clean up properly and ruined the lawn. They actually buried the sprinklers on my neighbors property. We continue to call and text to get them to come back and correct their errors and clean up their mess but they are no longer answering our calls or text messages.
