On early Thuraday morning a tree fell in my backyard, landing on my deck. Causing substanial damage. I called several tree services but many could not come out for days. Treemasters called me back an was at my home at 8:30 am Friday morning. They brought several trucks a trunk grinder an two wood chipper trucks. 2 hours later the job was thoroughly completed. I can't say enough about the way this staff worked quickly,safely an completed the job in a professional manner. Also the price was very reasonable. Wonderful service from start to finish! A large tree fell across our driveway, and Dante was able to meet me within a few hours to assess the damage and provide an estimate. He also assessed the other trees on the property for any worrisome signs. He gave us the option for emergency removal 24 hours later (a bit pricier as it was a Saturday on a holiday weekend), or to delay until Monday. Still waiting as promised and paid for after cutting down my front yard tree he would remove the stump at $100 more. Matt Kish told us he we would be back by the end of the week to comply. He did not. I sent him a text message and email with no response after a week. I had to call him today which he answered and acted like he had no idea who we were. I had to give him my information again as if he didn't see my phone number on his phone. Fine. Then I said to him we paid in full and you didn't complete the service, he then said to me it's not like he is gambling our payment in Las Vegas? I got upset. He then told me his grinder is out for repair and if I don't hear from him by next week he will have to rent a machine to grind. Like this is our problem. If, he does not show up by the end of this week 9/6 I will report him to the BBB for our money back or service rendered. Upset at this point! Why not come prepared after charging us for stup removal? I called Tree Masters on Monday September 11. Dante called me and set up an appointment for Wednesday September 13. Gave me a very low estimate for either trimming or taking tree out. I wasn't sure what I wanted to do. He seemed to be leaning toward keeping the tree. I had roots already coming up through my yard. Dante said he would call me later that day. I'm still waiting over 2 weeks later! I left a message on his cell the next day Thursday. I waited the weekend and called the office again on Monday September 18. They said they had no information on me. I gave them all information again. She said she would have Dante call me. No call! I called ArborRich on Wednesday September 20. They came same day gave me an estimate to take tree down. He said tree was too big for front yard. It would eventually take over entire lawn. They were at my house 1 week later. The problem with making a gentleman's agreement is that both parties should be honorable. Me, being the honorable one made sure that I was here waiting for him. I recently had Tree Masters at my house to trim a neighboring tree. Dante came and quoted me a price of "4 and a quarter"-nothing was written down. I had mentioned to him that I had a 10percent off coupon also to use and he stated it would be accepted. Dante and his crew came and did the job, I still did not receive any written statement or invoice at that time. Dante said to make payment arrangements with Brianne or Brianna. I called her and mentioned what I was quoted along with the coupon. She claimed she had to speak with Dante first. I never received a call back from her as to how much I was being charged. if I was quoted for $425 and I had a 10percent off coupon, I should have paid around $385 or so...I was charged $421. ???The only way I found out was by calling my credit card company. I regret giving them my credit card number or even hiring them at all. Honestly, it's my fault trusting Dante since obviously his word means nothing. read more

On 10/21/19, I called Treemasters, the operator said they couldn't come over, they had problems with a truck, and they were working on it. I called the next day, they still had issues. Finally, on10/23, Tom came over and gave me an excellent price for the work I needed on my front yard. He said they would go over and take care of it. I called them back to tell them I needed a time frame, so I would be able to pay them for the work, someone (not Tom) said, "Don't worry, we are close by, you can come over and pay us, after the work, you don't have to be home." Now we're up to Friday, 10/25/19, no one came, we waited all day. On Saturday, I left them a very well crafted, courteous message, I treated them as a gentleman, and I expected the same from them. In October 2020 I hired Treemasters to take down 3 large trees. I was never shown or given a written estimate, or contract. I figured that they would bring it on the day they arrived. I never saw the owner, only a foreman who was in a sour mood. I was told that the owner would be there by the end of the job to go over the condition of my property. This never happened. While here, his band of thugs drove their equipment all over parts of my yard not associated with the area where the trees were being removed. They took down a section of my privacy fence and did not replace it properly, bending the supporting wire and the bottom of the chain link. Neither did they ask if they could take it down. They knocked over a heavy wrought iron pergola and just stood it back up then gave me a hard time because i asked them to put it back properly. it was not even the work area so how that happened i do not know except that they must have driven right into it to push it backwards out of the ground. then they drove all around my home with their machinery making huge gauges in my grounds that were so bad, a guest tripped over one of the divots left by them. They also picked up and tossed 20 feet away a wooden walkway which i had just purchased, as if it was trash, which I later had to put back and reinstall with landscaping pins. They basically tore up my yard. When I told the owner that I wanted this all put back properly, he bullied me saying that if he had to send his manager back over that the manager would be a very bad mood. For the record, I am a woman of 72 and I live alone. Clearly they don't care about seniors. I have found other dents in my fence that were not there before and Consumer Affairs does not handle these matters which are now turned over to some county or state Tree union of some kind and the Tree union does not do anything to recover money for repairs. This pack of brigands treated my property like it was their dirt bike riding area and now I am left to try to clean it up myself. We're talking about 5 thousand feet of property which is deeply gauged. Because they cleverly never brought me a contract, I could not push this any further. Do NOT hire them unless you have a large burly man on your premises to stay outside and monitor everything this unruly, damaging pack of "men" are doing. As for the trees, yes, they took them down. But their code of ethics are sorely lacking. This is no way to conduct a business especially with people who are vulnerable in a county where we cannot rely on the useless services of Consumer Affairs. Oh, and they were not wearing masks during the pandemic when interacting with me. I only asked for relief of 154.00 so that Carl's Fence could come and fix the section of fence but they refused to do it. So, If you live alone and are a senior, do not call this company. If I took pictures of every place where my property is gauged out, there would be more like 15 photos. read more

I had a bad experience with Treemasters. After the team left I turned on my sprinklers and discovered a line had been punctured by the guy that had used a pitchfork to lift up the soil where a log had made an indentation in the yard. Also, after cleaning off the woodchips where they ground down the stumps I discovered that the stumps were still sticking up 8-10 inches above ground level. The next day I called Sean and told him about the punctured line and inadequate trump grinding job. He said they would be out to fix it since his guys would be in the area. I noticed that his crew was actually working in the next street but no one came to my house and he does not answer my calls or follows up on messages I left. I had to hire my sprinkler guy to fix the line and I'll have to rent a trump grinder to finish the job myself. l paid an extra $200 to make sure the trumps were ground down. I paid a total of $2,200 which may not seem like a lot of money to some people but its a lot of money to me. They do not stand by their work. I was very disappointed and will definitely choose another company next time. read more
