Believe what you want. My only reason for 2 stars instead of 0-1 is Kelly's unsupervised crew actually cut most of the dead limbs per the job agreement (or used weighted sand bags and rope, the old-fashioned way). Otherwise, Kelly dropped off 5 dudes via pickup truck and took off with payment. After the "climbers" did their thing up in the trees, the vehicle-less crew hung out on my lawn for an hour-plus, waiting for their ride home. During that wait, instead of doing a proper cleanup, they sat around eating and drinking based on the couple of empty shot bottles and partial sandwich that I found in the mess at the curb that I cleaned/chopped up myself the next morning to avoid pissing off my neighbors and so my town would actually do a pickup. So rather than actually act professionally and clean up my property well in hopes of getting repeat business some day, they just sat around. Even after pointing out some missed spots to these guys before they wrapped up, they ignored the issues. So I texted Kelly, requesting to come back and finish what was maybe a half hour of work. After 6 days, much of the same crew finally returned to address missing pieces. I'm sorta shocked they actually came. But, of course, they didn't bother raking up anything that fell, particularly from my neighbors property. At least they showed, and I'd say most of my cutting needs were addressed (hence 2 stars) but not without a clown-car element of execution. Never again.

Although they completed our neighbor's property on 5/15/26 and initially did not do ours, I left a message expressing my disappointment. To their credit, they came back the very next morning at 8:00 a.m. and did a beautiful job. Our arborvitaes have never looked better, and you would never even know a tree had been removed. They were unable to grind the stump because of the Belgian block surrounding the area, but they cut it so cleanly that you can barely tell it is there. Overall, we are very happy with how everything turned out and truly appreciate the quality of their work.

Work was done April 2, 2021. We had a fence replaced, gate and gate hardware installed. Before…read moresigning the contract ( March 16, 2021) we told them that because of the location of the gate, it is in a wind tunnel and we have had to replace numerous gates in the past so we were looking for a stronger material to withstand any wind. We were assured this would be taken care of. Work was done in less than 2 weeks from when signing the agreement. Only 5 days later (April 7) the hardware broke. We contacted them and they assured they would be out to fix it on Saturday April 10. They did not show. We reached out to them again on the 15th and the 16th. They apologized and said they would be by on the following Monday or Tuesday (April 19 or 20th). Again they did not show. May 3rd they texted and said the hardware for the gate should be in that day so they would have someone come the following day to replace. My husband sent them a picture of the now broken gate, due to the wind, and requested that be repaired as well. Nothing. No response back, no show. May 13 again texted them about this and again no response. Over a month later I had no choice but to reach out to them on their Facebook messenger on June 21 as phone calls and text messages were going unanswered. I did not want to put this out on their Facebook page which is why i messaged them privately. This is when they texted my husband back said they will be out the next day 6/22 to fix the gate. Again no show. My husband texted them on the 23rd and they said they would be there that day. Surprise! No show. Our last communication with them was on Thursday June 24th when they said someone would be here on Saturday 6/26 to replace the gate. This leads me to today 6/29 in the same position as I was 5 days after the initial installation. I don't know if they think that people will just eventually deal with it or let it go.
