Few days prior to the big storm, I asked around for quotes from different vendors requesting for a snow removal the day after the storm and to my surprise, most of the business only handle commercial jobs and/or residential contracted yearly with their landscaping program. We're new resident and recently closed on a new home in the middle of winter. There's absolutely no way I'll be able to contract a landscaping deal when there's not much to see other than brush/shrubs and tree limbs around to dictate what needs done come spring. However, Tree Trimming Solution came to our rescue and instantly accepted the work to be done the day after the storm. Scheduled at 930AM but the guys came in at 8AM ready to tackle the day and sure enough, everything was shoveled, plowed and salt was spread within an hour. I'm on 2 acres property lot. My driveway can fit about 8-10 cars. Can you imagine how much snow that is for a driveway alone! My sidewalk reaches around the detention basin of the development which can be difficult to reach. This didn't stop Wilber and his mini bulldozer! Cleared! Unbelievable work! Definitely recommend!

A week later Im still waiting for them. I call and text. Only to finally get a response of he is short of staff due to some of his staff were picked up for being illegal. Finally started but didn't do a good job. He didn't do some things that he was requested to do. Even though I paid extra. I called, texted him to talk about him finishing the job. He never answered me just ghosted me and cashed my check. My opinion from experience with them Unprofessional, not so good workmanship of job hired to do. I would never recommend this company to anyone for services. Overpaid for work they did.

Eddie was then a one man show rarely showed up when he said he would. We felt like an afterthought throughout the entire process. Because the bricks weren't properly prepped before the sanding and sealing began, the quality is severely lacking--I already have weeds and ant holes appearing despite the project being 'new.' Eddie was person, but unfortunately, the quality of the work and the lack of reliability simply do not match the price I paid.
