He is the landscaper/ Snow removal Company for my townhome community (Wildflower Village) and I can truly say Ryan-Owner and his staff are super friendly and do a top notch job to keep the community safe and beautiful, never can you use the excuse the snow wasn't removed to get to work if he is your contractor LOL hands down a stand up family owned business, and I appreciate his work.

First, it really breaks my heart to leave this review but if you follow my reviews, I typically…read moreonly leave reviews on great quality service or extremely bad service. Everyone has different perspectives and I would never want to hurt a business based on my feelings or praise a businesses for operating appropriately because that's what they are expected to do, that's the service we pay for. Business owners should take pride in their work and the services provided. I'll let their work speak for itself (see pictures). They are a nice family but nice doesn't get the job done and I can't do anything with apologies every week especially while they have my riding tracker in exchange for their services. I did that for them so they could help the community. There is a constant lack of; communication, consideration, scheduling, and the quality of service is highly neglected. As a last attempt, I was promised they would be here this morning (Monday 7/14) to make it right. It's 12 PM while composing this msg. The last grass cutting was on 6/20, the last communication was on 7/11. I tried giving one last chance before writing this review but I am done waiting and will no longer recommend them due to everything transpiring. It should not be this difficult especially for service already agreed upon and paid for.

The owner, Rafael, worked with us to retain the impact of the tree on the appearance of the property, while removing the hazards it posed to our house. I had a very disappointing experience with Romero Hardscape Landscape Design Expert…read more Francisco from Romero's came to my property multiple times before the project started. We went back and forth discussing different paver options, styles, layout ideas, and pricing. After several site visits, we agreed on a final scope and signed agreement. Once the work finally began and the trees/shrubs were already removed, Francisco stopped the project and told me I would now need to pay an additional $1,000 because the patio would require a step. He claimed this made it a "different project." As a homeowner, I relied on the contractor's expertise. I clearly explained what I wanted from the beginning, and Francisco had visited the site multiple times before agreeing to the price. If a step was required, that should have been identified during the estimating and planning process -- not after demolition had already started. When I pushed back, I was told he could simply "put the trees back and refund the money." While I did receive a refund, I was ultimately left with removed landscaping, dead trees sitting in my garden bed, and no patio project completed. The most frustrating part was that everything had already been discussed, measured, signed, and agreed upon beforehand. Overall, the experience felt very unprofessional and poorly planned.

We reached out to many different landscapers and none of them were willing to take it on. We haven't had any issues with pooling since. Since then, ADP Land Design has helped us remove a 50' decaying tree, removed an old tree stump, planted several new trees, built a fence around our 1 acre backyard, and tidied up the landscape on our front lawn.
