We went over a plan to redo it. Dave met us at the supply store to pick out new stone and walked us through every detail of the installation. He also drove us around and let us pick out trees, shrubs plant etc. and also provided advice. We have a close family friend that is a landscape architect in Texas. She remotely conveyed suggestions and Dave and Tom ran away with them. Our landscape was in terrible shape (we knew that buying the house) so Dave and Tom created a master plan and walked us through it. We had a bad drainage issue which they solved. There was a lot of moss and dead grass which they also solved. We flew our family friend in to inspect their work and she was really impressed with what they had done. Can't wait to see the landscape next spring when the flowers bloom. In all the scope of the job was pretty large: 1. Remove and Install new walkway. We went with Techno-Bloc stone pavers. They look great. Everyone that comes over comments on how amazing they look. 2. Remove existing landscape. 3. Develop master plan on new landscape. They are patient guys and appreciate our more quantitative approach in logic. 4. Execute the plan. The final plan involved installing several flowing rock gardens with grasses and plants that are shade and water tolerant. We also have 4 gorgeous new trees that have amazing colors and balance each other out. My wife didn't think we could get grass to grow, but Dave and Tom assured us that it would. Finally, our planters are the best in the neighborhood.

They treated my property for weed control on 9/25 and it rained very heavily the next two days. I inquired about the effects and was assured, multiple times, it would not have an impact. On 10/9 I phoned Sales and expressed concern that weeds were still present. I was informed that it would take "20 days" for the complete effect. It is now 25 days and they are not gone. On 10/12 my property was aerated and seeded. It had rained the day before so the operator checked my grounds and said it was ok to proceed, WRONG! When he was done my property looked like a tractor ran over it leaving ruts along with mud pies throughout. I sent multiple emails with pics of each of my expressed concerns, only response I received was after I sent notice to cancel my contract. GL advertising claims that "the spreader drops seed directly into the aeration holes". I have pics showing none of this claim actually happened. A few days after application, I sent emails expressing concerns that I saw very little seed on my yard and requested a Representative visit. I did get a call from the operator but accidentally discarded it. However, I anticipated a call back but it never happened. I sent another email requesting a Representative visit and that too was ignored. I phoned Sales and, for the third time requested that someone visit to address my issues! IGNORED! I spoke to an Office rep in an attempt to settle my concerns amicably before I sent a report to the BBB. After 35 minutes I was informed by management that "the service was provided and no refund was warranted". I subsequently filed a report with the BBB and am awaiting their response. Only disreputable companies ignore THREE requests to address a customer's valid concerns.

The side and rear of the house were just ugly dirt and gravel. I wanted a side patio of pavers and rear walkway to cover up the dirt and gravel on the sides of the house. A walkway from the rear walkway to the rear deck. There was a shed with a cement walkway that had to be removed. This was no small task. They tore down the shed and cement walkway and cleared out and leveled out the rear yard. They had to remove over 20 yards of dirt and rocks. They had to move a small tree from the middle of the yard to the corner. They planted new flowers and shrubs with existing ones put down new sod . Then install all the hardscape. It was quite a task.
