Had Rich and his crew remove several dead trees less than a year ago. I was highly impressed every step of the way, so when a very large oak came down in a recent storm I texted him that night and he was there to give me an estimate the very next morning. Turned into a big job for him as I decided to remove 4 more trees. They got all of the trees out yesterday. These were not easy trees to access or handle, took about 8 hours. We had gotten bids from a number of companies, Arbor rich being one to cut down a number of trees in our yard. Rich seemed nice enough, and gave us a fair price. Rich said it would be 5 guys all day to do this job. When he showed up, he had some impressive equipment, but only four guys. Ok, no problem. But then when one of the trees fell and damaged my neighbors fence, nothing was said. When I asked Rich about it, he replied"well, we can't tell how the trees will fall". Really? My house also sustained some damage from their equipment, which I notified Rich about. I am still waiting for him to fix it, which he promised to do. It's been a year now, and I hesitated posting this during that year. Times up. Bottom line: While Rich seems nice, and gives a fair price, don't believe for a minute he will do the right thing if something happens. read more

We had project that involved removing a large tree sitting precariously on our fence line, stump grinding and brush removal. Rich came promptly to provide an estimate, and even discussed how important safety was in doing the job (much different than some of the plans we had heard). The day of the job, Rich and his crew arrived on time and took special crew to protect our grass while moving in equipment. The project went seamlessly. The experts at Arbor Rich have the newest and latest equipment which ensured the job was done right. When they were finished, the cleaned the entire yard and you couldn't even tell they were here. I've been waiting for this tree guy for an estimate yesterday he claimed I said five I clearly said 4:10 (his time suggestion) I agreed.. which was right after work He said okay..now this morning he said between 10:00 and 10:30.. waited until 11:00 (I hate it when people don't show up when they say they will) ..So I called and left a message He called me back and claimed that he tried to call me twice and I have no missed calls I have my phone by my side all morning just in case and waited and waited I wish I could give the rave reviews everyone else is but when someone doesn't show up for a simple estimate. Hooked up my chainsaw I'm doing my own trimming.. unfortunately I have to say not so good.. Hope you all get better service than I did! read more

Called got a good price to remove 2 trees and grind out those stumps and 3 others another tree guy didnt do. They worked quick and cleaned up when they were done. If i have any trees left I would call them again. read more
