I needed a cashier's check, and she not only helped me locate the necessary information on my paperwork but did so with patience and kindness--even after a long day of work. I do have a few issues with the website as more than any other website I use, I get login errors more frequently and some general issues with the format and capabilities by which I can view my accounts and transactions, but nothing major. I also wish I could make deposits via ATM machines, but overall I am still very pleased with UHCU; especially compared with my experience at big banks in the past.
