Ridiculous. All of this because that shermaya lady. I want her fired, and that phone call neeeds to be reviewed bc I told her NO don't do that & also asked her multiple questions & she didn't have answers to them. After so many problems with rbfc, I'm actually going to withdraw my whole account and go somewhere else. And all rbfc users should too. This bank is terrible . Thank yall so much for all the inconveniences & callous customer service.

This bank is probably great if you stay local, and only ever send money to Mexico. I imagine older…read morefolk might like it too, as it has a friendly, small town vibe, and keeps regular business hours, no more, no less. As for us, we had an account here and had problems almost every time we traveled overseas, to the UK, Europe, Asia or Australia. The transaction would be flagged as unauthorized, and the account frozen. So we'd be stuck somewhere without access to money until it got sorted out. They kept an old-skool Mon-Fri 9-5 schedule, too, so trying to get these snafus dealt with while factoring in international time differences, long distance phone charges, etc was a nightmare. Even when we told them we were going out the country, we had problems with using our account overseas. Trying to converse with their Lubbock phone staff was excruciating, because I don't have an American accent, and would get a beat of silence, and then an 'Ex-CUSE me?!' after I'd spoken. Small town in every way. So glad we switched to a big bank
