I was also talking to other banks about vehicle loans so I called them back comparing offers. My boyfriend calls the credit union and we get another representative Juan who says the bank does not do lease end vehicle loans. He did say though he could get me set up with an account, my boyfriend obviously confused said no we were hoping to get an automotive loan. Juan says okay and hangs up I call back and ask for the automotive loans I tell him who I spoke to and what they told me so he transfers me to the other representative . The second representative says he had been out but juan was the actual boss and there may have been policy changes . He confirms and says we no longer do those. I am so sorry but who is Juan a boss of??? Why wouldn't you apologize for the misinformation and notify the customer that you will correct the other representative who had not been updated on the policy change . Why wouldn't you transfer it back to the person who said it was a viable option, that's not leadership and between the both representatives it look like you guys are running a scam, not to mention you wasted my time and thought I had a viable option for a loan. This is not a good look at an inquiry phase with a bank I can't imagine actually banking here .
