When you walk in, it feels like a real bank and not a store. I like the fact that you can get a safe deposit box here. Many of the big names like Chase don't offer that service anymore and speaking of service, the customers are always treated well here. They never shied away from making feel as a second grade customer " our loan is not worth the paperwork and my time to re-finance it " one of them said, they kept hounding me about stating the bank name on my insurance, their correspondance is so delayed that I get a " final notice " letters without getting any previous letters, I finally paid off the loan, one of the main reasons is that I just don' t want to do business with them ever.
