Service was exceptional as was the food. Recommend the Cauliflower, Pot Roast, and Apple Cobbler. Most meals come with a very nice Wedding Soup. The best is their Skillet Corn Bread. You will not find better anywhere. Prices are low and portions huge. Hope you get Ben as your server. He is super.

Upon searching good ol Google we found this place and the Gluten Free menu was huge so we knew we had to go here! To start out with, we ordered Shrimp and Crab Fries. They were really good. The flavors all together were perfect and it was a huge portion size definitely worth the money! Since never being there before we asked the waitress the fan favorites and she recommended the burgers so we had to try them. I got the GF regular Cheeseburger and he got the GF Maple Bacon Burger- unfortunately when it initially came out it was on a normal bun but, they were quick to fix it by making a whole new burger and discounted the burger! The server was so sweet and apologized. I do think the burgers were juicy and big! Great portions and very reasonable pricing. I cant wait to try their other options!

Jioio's is obviously is suppose to be an "Italian restaurant". The only thing I've never understood…read moreis why their "House Italian hoagie" has two different types of "American cheese" on it. Does this make sense to anyone else???? Who was the genius behind this???

We thought this would be the same experience, and opted to give them a try since we were closer to here. Unfortunately, we were wrong. As huge fans of the other location's pizza and pasta, this did not meet expectation. The crust was about the same, albeit slightly sweeter. The sauce, though--WAY BEYOND over sweet compared to the other Jioio's, and much thinner. Again, please know--we were expecting sweeter sauce, since we love Carbon Jioio's so much. This was over and beyond.... As an app, we tried the Deluxe Garlic Bread, something we always get at the other Jioio's. This was okay, but a bit more soggy than the other place would have been--and again, that red sugar syrup sauce.... I tried the veal parmesan, and while I loved the amount of cheese they put on top, the same WAY OVER sweet, thin sauce, was used on it and the spaghetti side. It was so thin that it wouldn't even stick to the noodles. And, again, about put me in diabetic shock. The veal itself was something I would expect to get in a hospital or school lunch. A soggy, terrible ground up patty that absorbed up all that red sugar water they were trying to pull off as Joio's sauce. The side salad they gave was great portion, though, and I really liked their bleu cheese dressing. The service, however sweet-tooth cracking the food was, was phenomenal. You can tell the restaurant has been around for a while, and has an old-school family feel. As super-fans of the Carbon Joio's, I can't ever see myself returning here. I'm telling you....once you've had the Carbon Jioio's, you won't be able to stomach eating the sauce here. It's THAT thin and sweet. I guess the moral of the story is consider what you want to get. If you want pizza and pasta, go to the other one. Otherwise, I am sure this would be okay for other food items. Just not the veal......

A tried and true Italian restaurant. I know they have had annual Polenta Days and I always miss…read morethem . So I decided to have the polenta with spinach and mozzarella for an appetiser. It was plenty large enough to share with the whole table. It was wonderful and I had enough to take some home for lunch the next day. All their portions are generous. My Frutti Di Mare with spicy sauce was also a large portion of imported Linguine with 4-5 large shrimp, 2 large sea scallops, calamari rings and langoustines. Simply delicious! Our waitress was very friendly and her service was excellent. However, I always feel rushed when dining here. Maybe it's the time we choose to come, but I feel as if they want to move us through so they can go home. It's not relaxing to dine here but the food is good.

Polka, pasta, and pure joy!…read more We came to Rizzo's Malabar Inn for Polka Night, and let me tell you--it wasn't just dinner, it was a memory. The music was so beautiful it brought actual tears to my eyes, and my 84-year-old mother was absolutely glowing. Watching her smile, tap her foot, and soak in every note was something I'll never forget. The polka? Incredible. The food? Out of this world. Every bite was rich, comforting, and full of old-school Italian flavor. ‍ The service? Flawless. And then--Chef Bill Shockley appeared like a culinary angel. Not only is his food amazing (seriously, this man is a magician with a sauce), but he came to our table, made a fuss over my mother, and treated her like royalty. She was absolutely over the moon. THAT is customer service. Thank you for employing Bill--he is truly a gem, and his personal touch made our night unforgettable. Special shoutout as well to our fantastic server and to the two young ladies who helped me make a reservation for our party of 11. They treated me like family from the very first call--kind, accommodating, and full of that signature Rizzo's hospitality. This wasn't just a meal--it was an experience that fed our hearts as much as our bellies. We'll absolutely be back. And next time? I'm bringing dancing shoes and an even bigger appetite.
