I have been trying new hookah places out around be and this one was great! I had been to this place back in 2014/2015 and never really gave it a chance only came a handful of times! I came twice in one weekend and loved it ! I love their customer service everything is so quick and convenient. I love how they made the new little smoke shop and now sell anything you can think of when it comes to hookah. They have a lot of different brands when it comes to Shisha which is great! I was able to sit on their back patio with som friend smoke good hookah listen to some music and just have a good night. Will definitely be coming back!! read more

WORST SERVICE EVER!! DON'T COME HERE!! By far the worst hookah place I been to. There was 1 girl serving who obviously hated her job. She never came by to see how we were doing. I know you hate your job but where's the customer service? She spent majority of her time sitting in the back... Then when we told her that our hookah was too harsh and if she could possibly fix that, she gave us attitude then told us to pay attention so we could do it ourselves next time. Ummmm last time I checked, I'm the customer so YOURE SUPPOSE TO BE PROVIDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do everyone a favor and quit your job because it's obvious you don't want to be there and are ruining everyone else's experience there as well. This place by far is one of the best hookah lounges I've been to. As soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted and given a seat. My waitress was very friendly and outgoing. I didn't really know what flavor to try so she recommend a few of her favorites. I tried one of their house mixes and it was great! Hookah amd drinks were served quick. Umar the owner came and check constantly along with the other workers. TERRIBLE is the how I would describe this place. I've been to over 10 different hookah bars and this is the worst. If I could give it 0 stars I would. The service sucks, our waitress or host or whatever she was because we only saw her twice the entire night was just terrible. She looked sleepy the entire time and didn't seem like she cares about being there. Also they never changed our coal or asked us of we needed anything else the entire night. This is the worst hookah bar I've ever been to! We got there around 9pm on a Sunday and there were only about three other groups, so it was not busy at all. We waited about 5 minutes or so to even get greeted and then seated. The girl helping us just looked really out of if as if she was high or something. She took our order and 20 minutes goes by and she comes back asking "oh did I take your order already?" Our group was already furious because we waited a long time for our hookah and then we had to wait another 10 minutes. After they gave us our hookah they never checked back on us or changed out our coals. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! read more

Hookah is terrible here! So first of all they card you here, I've never been carded for a hookah place, but that's not the worst part. The seats are super low to the ground and are not comfortable nor do they look clean. They took about 25 min to give us our hookah. We had two of them and literally after about 5 puffs, my throat began to feel itchy. At first I thought it was just me but my friends said the same thing, all of us kept coughing, the staff NEVER came by to ask how things were going or to change the charcoal. We saw two groups leave while we were there bc they never even got their hookah. We shortly left bc it just wasn't worth it. I started off going to the Falak in Ontario, and i also tried the one in Anaheim and the one located in Whitter , but after trying out this location, it has become my favorite .
