I absolutely love this place!! My favorite hookah spot that also has some amazing food and desserts. After their relaunch they bought all new hookahs and introduced a ton of new items like hookah flavors and foods/desserts. I highly recommend the Dubai chocolate crepe and ultimate pizza, but I've tried a lot of items from their menu and they are all spot on! I also love that they have weekly promos to invite people in like happy hours. Their instagram @cloudcastlelounge has a lot of updates and new item drops! All in all, the vibe and ambiance at this lounge is absolutely fantastic and really is such a great spot to relax and just smoke and enjoy time with whoever you go with! Smooth pulls, great flavor selection, and the staff checks in regularly to make sure everything is perfect. You can tell they actually care about the customer experience. Drove all the way and they were closed... what a waste of time .. no announcement on their social or anything

Now, this place is a bit strange get for me. There's no menu or servers. It's a counter server. We walked up to the counter inside the building, the menu was up on the board on the wall. They took our order and we paid them there at the counter like you do at a movie theater, or leave your tap open and pay later in case you want something else. We decided to paid them right after we ordered because there's no food... they had some store bought sweets and some drinks like lattes or sodas and chips . Luckily we had dinner already before trying out this place. Now, although we were disappointed with no food or appetizers like most hookah lounges would offer but this place has good hookahs. We stayed just a little over an hour after we had our hookahs and some hot teas. Definitely will go back for their hookahs, just make sure you had dinner first before going there. read more

This place used to be Cafe X2O until the new owners took it over as Cloud Castle. It's so new that the old Cafe X2O signage is still outside so when in doubt, look for the Cafe X2O signage. I hope that they will be changing the signage soon. This place only has outdoor seating for now. It does get a little cold outside, so they do have heat lamps spread throughout. Make sure to sit near a heat lamp. It is nice to just watch the cars drive up and down Grand Ave. I know they have food, but haven't tried it yet. They have some pretty interesting non-alcoholic drinks if you are looking for that. They don't have middle eastern tea. It seemed quite busy on a Saturday, so it did take a while for them to bring the hookah and the charcoals for the hookah. It also took them a while to turn on the heat lamp so we were cold outside the heat lamps were able to be turned on. read more

Great and accommodating place! I along with several of my work colleagues went there a few days ago and the service was phenomenal. The servers were very knowledgeable and helped us buy the items we were looking for. All the staff was sociable and added a good vibe to the place. I also love that they had the vegan pizza. And we ordered he was like the hookha we order he said that men can't even handle it that is very sexist. like what.
