Stopped by last night for the first time and had a good experience. The atmosphere was relaxed, the hookah was smooth, and it seems like a great place to hang out with friends. The staff was friendly, and I enjoyed the overall vibe. I think there are a few small things that could make the experience even better. It wasn't immediately clear online what all you offer, and I think the website could use a refresh. Having an updated menu, events, hours, and photos would probably help bring in more new customers since a lot of people check online before deciding where to go. Other than that, I really enjoyed my visit. I'll definitely stop by again and hope to see this place continue to grow. read more

I was having dinner in the area and I decided to try this hookah spot and wow am I happy I did.... Falak is located in a pretty great area due to the fact that it's only a few minutes away from major locations like the airport / malls. Parking lot is shared with other businesses but I didn't have troubles finding parking. If you are a hookah enjoyer, this place I definitely the spot! As soon as you walk in you kind of feel that hookah hot box inside, everybody is just relaxing and having a good time with their people. Interior it is pretty dark and calming, there's Arabic music playing but not loud at all, seating is kind of booth-like in most of it, with some tables and chairs for larger groups. I ordered a recommended house mix and I absolutely loved it. My hookah came out in about five minutes and it was super smooth the whole time. This is a huge pat on the back and testament to the expertise of the team who makes these hookah's. The guys working are of Palestinian origin and treated me like family so this goes a long way for me and is immensely appreciated. Overall, this is absolutely the spot to visit to smoke some amazing hookah and hang out with your people, it's nothing but good vibes, great hookah, and amazing service. read more

Was a regular before this lounge closed due to pandemic, now I'm even more of a fan of this place. Completely renovated and looking so nice. Even better, they now have smoothies, coffee based drinks and teas. Love it and the hookah of course is great. Best part, the service. Very friendly and welcoming and the ambiance is great with chill music playing but played at a volume low enough so that you can still talk. Love it. Falak was a great discovery as a local who was going all the way to Anaheim & LA for hookah. Amazing taste, long lasting, great service, great owners. They took the time and care to find a mix that I love. Ask about the rewards system - it's much better than other spots and I find myself earning a free hookah in a third of the visits. Bottled water is free, which helps add on to the great value this place offers. There's an unlimited option which is also a great deal. Not only is this place much closer, I'd argue it's better than anything I've been to elsewhere. This is my new regular spot and it's no contest. read more
