Since I love shawarma, I ordered the chicken Shawarma wrap but didn't realize it would have hummus on it. It was a good wrap, just their take on shawarma wasn't what I anticipated. The chairs are wide and overstuffed, and the tables are just the right height. It's a, "have another bite" atmosphere. There are long prayers coming from the speakers. Even a non-Arabic speaker like me knows that, "Bismillah" doesn't rhyme! The better half's take on his kebab? "This is the best lamb I've ever had!". I thought the shwarma and fries were great, but the hummus served with warm pita, some fruity, green olive oil, and a sprinkling of sumac/ za'atar really knocked it out of the park.
