    I'm definitely not happy with this company. we pay extra money for the convenience of online…read moreordering and picking up in the yard our order. today I went to get my order and the gentleman that worked brought my order out in a forklift when I asked him to please just put it in the back of my SUV he stated I don't open doors and I said what and he said again I don't open doors and I said what do you mean you don't open doors he said I don't open doors because I damaged them. I said well then this is for convenience you know that's why we pay for these online ordering so we don't have to get out of our car in the rain snow cold whatever the reason is so you're telling me that I have to get out of the car to open up my hatchback. I said well I will ask for you anymore I will get somebody else to bring my order out and he said well somebody else was supposed to do it anyway. I went inside the building I spoke to Dominic which is a supervisor and he basically defended the guy well yeah no he says that's why I hate online orders well that's a real bad thing to say first of all and then he proceeded to say yeah you know sometimes they open them sometimes they don't I'm like well what's your policy anyway I got tired of listening to him so I asked for his supervisor and then I said you know what just forget it I'll call corporate. as I was calling corporate Amanda came out the GM she basically could not give me a straight answer either what their policy was why they couldn't open up the hatchback or the trunk or whatever it's just you know it opens with the little button underneath and she basically did not give me a good answer either and I asked her point blank what is your policy she didn't know what her policy was other than that some people open up the trunk some people don't or the hatch so I'm like okay if I come back here am I going to have a problem getting my SUV hatched open and she basically said no ma'am that was a weird weird experience. I will go to Lowe's but I am going to call corporate on the next business day.

    September 2024 I placed an order for kitchen cabinets totalling $18K +or- a few dollars. Leading up…read moreto the actual order placement, we waited weeks for the for Lowes contractor to come measure for exactness. Associate Richard Parsons spent many hours helping get the right configuration, over several different visits. He was patient, helpful, personable and skilled, not only in cabinets, but throughout the home improvement section. Installer finally arrived, measured, and order was placed. Cabinets arrived in good time, another wait of weeks for installer to actually install them. These delays added to the cost of the cabinets with eating out and/or ordering in. Not to mention the inconvenience and stress of having a totally unusable kitchen! When he didn't show up to install in a timely manner, I visited the store, took a seat, explained the situation and that my patience was exhausted. In talking to Mr. Parsons and his manager I made it clear I was not leaving the store until there was resolution to getting the cabinets installed. That was accomplished. In the meantime, unopened boxes of cabinets were setting in the garage. Upon installing there was an upper cabinet missing. The missing cabinet arrived and has been setting in the garage for more weeks. With the base cabinets installed we were able to have the countertop installed and backsplash tiled. Bob Connor, the person Lowes hires as an installer spends time in Peru, where he told me he has a vacation home. Work comes before vacation. I will give Richard Parsons five stars for his dedication to customers. To Bob Connor, the contractor Lowes hires to do installation for them I give ZERO, for lack of dedication to customer service.
