Upon arrival we were not greeted nor did the person working behind the counter even get up to help up. Instead he complained about the place. Next, what I thought was a good deal turned out to be damaged goods. When loading the product up in my car I found this out with the many stickers all over the boxes. To make matters worse the person working started cussing and giving off a very negative pose. To be honest I was scared so I just help load what I could and got out of there. I will never be back nor will I refer anyone. If Lumber Liquidators is going to sell damaged product they may want to let the person know. Like I said, I thought maybe it was just being discontinued or not stocked anymore.

He's been very attentive and checked in regularly. It's clear Jordan is very knowledgeable about all the flooring he's selling which is refreshing since you can't find anyone in a big box store that knows anything about the products they sell. So far I'm very confident we made the right choice. We aren't at the point in our building process to install our flooring but Jordan worked with us to put a minimum down payment down to lock in our discount pricing and they are holding our flooring until it's time for the install.
