He has…read moredone sheet-rocking and painting, hung several interior doors (that he helped me pick out at the store), replaced the rotten boards around my chimney (and painted and caulked the finished product so that it looks like new), as well as repaired/waterproofed a bathroom floor that I was having problems with. It is important to me that I invite someone into my home that I know is safe around my wife and children, and Dave passes the test -- he is very honest and worthy of trust. For home improvement projects, I need someone who can identify the critical aspects of the job, write an accurate estimate, and then perform the work in a timely and efficient way. Dave is able to do that consistently, which is why he has earned my business. I highly recommend you give him a chance to bid your project.

The home has most of its original woodwork throughout the home and the guys were just great in trying to protect it. The repaired the roof where the previous owner's contractors did a subpar job. They got all the water from coming in and they fixed my front porch roof with just the excellence that I would expect. David Bale is who I work with and this guy is second to none. His customer service and honest is just great. It shows just how great this company to have employees like the ones that I met as I had the home upgraded to keep the water out.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! The owner, Alex, for KC Floors LLC is the epitome of a scammer. Go around and…read morelook at any of his reviews, any critical review he gets, he rebuttals it and try's to explain it away. What owner does that, unless they are trying to cover something up? He started our job bad, communicated poorly, never gave us the option to choose the type of finish on our floor...until it was already done, never finished our floor, broke our oven handle and STILL hasn't replaced it, mentioned that he "wasn't going to throw a brick through our window if we didn't pay full," constantly tries to scare you by saying "he'll put a lien on your house," and is an overall very unprofessional owner. Save your time, money, and experience. Will be surprised if he's still in business in two years.

Due to the time constraints that I had with my work schedule, they did the best job in accommodating my situation.
