We ordered Formica counter tops for a kitchen in a manufactured home. I was unhappy with the…read moreinstallation because they cut out the holes for a sink in the kitchen and one in the utility room causing sawdust to go everywhere in the house. That was disturbing since we had just cleaned and remodeled the entire home. They did not offer to vacuum up the mess which I thought was the least they could do. The counter tops were made with a thin MDF which is a compressed wood product. When compared to the counter tops we took out the new ones seem a little flimsy. I think they will be OK since this is a lake home but would not want a new kitchen made with the same product.
