I have always had many problems with this lumberyard. Their customer service is absolutely terrible, they are rude, and not helpful at all. I thought that was because we were just DIY people. But, for this job, we hired a contractor who had to pick up a piece of plywood he says he can get in Sedalia for $12, but Eichler charged him $24.
