I got it back for 3 months of easy driving during that time it was in and out of the performance shop quickly for wiring issues that weren't caught. The transmission went out on it shortly afterwards. The car sat in front of my house for 2 months before it could get scheduled in by the shop this time around. When it finally did get in, it sat there for another 2 months before I got a call to pick it up, that 'nothing was wrong with it.' I sent my people to go get it and he didn't make it to the end of the street before it broke down again... so it sits back at the performance shop for several more months after it's realized the transmission is toast and they wait on parts... I come to the realization at this point these people probably don't know what their doing, but I kept my mouth shut and hoped they would get me taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. I finally got the car back a couple weeks ago after roughly 7 months since it was last drivable, only thing being wrong was the transmission. As I was told and my impression up until the car was picked up was that I would be paying for the rebuild in full, as nothing was warranted by the manufacturer nor the transmission shop, and I was fine with that because at this point I just wanted my car back. At no point through this process did I expect a handout or anything else I just wanted it to work right. At any rate, to my surprise only when taking delivery of the car were we told the performance shop did in fact pay the bill for the transmission rebuild which was the right and respectful thing to do, no doubt, and I appreciate the attempt to make it right. The car drove for a full week and a half before once again the transmission seems to have toasted it's clutchpacks. I have had no faith in the rebuild since I got it back and have been really easy on it, I haven't raced this car or beat on it in years at this point, it's just been get it back and break, get it back and break. Less than 700 miles of light Highway driving and city cruising have left this vehicle as a paperweight sitting in my driveway that I'm terrified to move because of anymore damage that I'll do to it. The transmission shop owner says their work was done right and it's the manufacturer of the parts, or it lies on the performance shop because the transmission is apparently not capable, in his opinion of handling the power that their combination of parts is producing. On our last call he tells me "I don't know what else to do, we've done all we could , I told the (performance shop) the 8 speed wasn't capable, Im not pointing fingers but Circle D likely has something to do with I can't help you anymore get with them." From what I understand that 8 speed should handle this kind of power no problem with the kit that was sourced. As far as the performance shop goes, even before having issues the shop manager tells me "the only reason we rebuilt this for you is because you spent so much money with us. If it happens again I don't want anything to do with it." He contends that the manufacturer is to blame also, but at the same time hints that the transmission shop isn't off Scott free, but won't come out and say it. Both Circle D specialties and Circle D transmission say either the kit is not installed correctly or transmission was not tuned correctly and the folks I've talked to have personally inspected these parts when they came through their respective businesses... I have been absolutely respectful, courteous, and professional with all parties involved. I see all the C7 and Camaros their shop has done in the past so I really don't know what makes me and my car any different. I just feel like I'm not being taken seriously as a customer, and these people think that they can walk on me and leave me with a half working car. I don't know what else to do, I've been robbed of my money and my time and the buck doesn't stop. The people that built her don't even want to work on her anymore. If I didn't have to work, I would've done it myself but instead, I gave my trust and resources to this business to do it right the first/second time and although they tried, that did not and has not happened. I feel like I'm just renting this car for a few days at a time, and it has to go back to this shop and sit for months for nothing and cost me thousands to repair. I honestly just don't even enjoy this hobby anymore. I wanted something I could drive to the coast reliably, not just mall cruise around this state. I was led to believe that was possible when I spent a premium on it. Hardy was professional and completed the job while I was able to wait. I know he preferred that I drop the automobile off and come back later, but I didn't have that option. My auto is now out of warranty. Based on this great experience I asked Hardy if he wanted to be my regular mechanic as I hope to keep this auto for many years to come. He said he would be glad to continue servicing the vehicle. I also called Hardy a few weeks ago to ask if he could help my daughter with her out of warranty, Honda sedan? He said he loves to work on Hondas and that we did not need an appointment. Just bring the car in. He did ask that we leave the car with him, so that he could work the vehicle in, while also committing to look at it ASAP. Because I was able to help my daughter in this situation it was no problem to plan on leaving the car. Turned out, Hardy looked at the car as soon as it got there and the problem could not be replicated. Hardy sent us off hoping the situation was just an anomaly, and so far it has not reoccurred. He could have easily messed around more with the car, tell us it needed something new and charged us something. But that is not the way Hardy seems to run his business. Very grateful for his integrity and ethics. I believe Hardy is a mechanical guru with another great mechanic that I witnessed working in the shop. I heard them talking as Hardy worked on my brakes with the iPad and dealt with all the onboard computers. It was comforting to know that between the Hardy and the other mechanic they have the skill and knowledge to figure ANYTHING out.

They pulled my truck in immediately and got started on the installation, said it would take 2 1/2 to 3 hours to install , I waited in the waiting area for the remote to be installed and 10:50. I was approached and told my truck was done. I was then showed & explained how the system worked..
