I reached Dwayne's wife out on the road who gave me Dwayne's cell. I called and picked up right away. Mind you 20 minutes before closing time We discussed the issues and possible solutions over the next hour He told me he would come out no matter what time if needed I told him I'd let him know in the am I texted him first thing that all was good. He responded back with in minutes So, if you are in the east side of Kansas City, I highly recommend you keep KC RV in mind. When they finally said they had fixed all the issues they caused in the first repair they started ghosting us. We had major issues immediately but since they refused to answer a call or text or email we have started fixing them ourselves. They ROBBED us. 3 months later and we are STILL finding shoddy 1/2 assed work on major and minor things from top to bottom. They installed ALL our windows UPSIDE DOWN how do they not know which way the windows go in!!!??? They shot nails from the inside THROUGH THE SIDING ON THE OUTSIDE FOR GODS SAKE!!!! and since they started ghosting us and refused to do reasonable work OR return our money we had to learn how to fix every issue they left us with. I called Central Body to get some info and discuss my options. I spoke with the manager Kathy. The very next day I called back with a few more questions and spoke with her again. From the moment the phone was answered to the very second we hung up the phone both times, Kathy was absolutely AMAZING! Very knowledgeable, 1,000% honest and respectable which was very appreciated and a pleasure to hear. At the end of the day, she did give me her opinion and advised me on NOT getting our camper fixed due to the damage, the year of it and the worth. So, she did turn away business yes, but what she did was save us a HUGE HUGE hassle in the long run and allowed us to make a smart educated decision on what to do. And she also gave me a few tips on how to do an easy diy fix to get us by for a little while until our brand-new camper arrived which was on order. I hope and pray nothing happens with our new one, but if for any reason it does, Central Body is the 1st place I'm gonna go to especially if Kathy is the one that helps us. There was zero remorse and we were treated as if it was our fault. The service manager was very rude to me. Stated they give priority to their purchasing customers.
