He could have just swapped them but instead decided to order a whole new one. The car was in for over heating and he said he pressure tested it.. there is no way because the water outlet housing was cracked all the way up and through on both lines . coolant would have been spraying everywhere or blown them apart.. the hoses were soft and needed replaced. I called to discuss the bill and he got mad and started trying to add more .. he said he didn't charge for the thermostat housing that was gonna be another 60$.. I told him no you will get it back we put a stainless aftermarket thermostat housing on and a stainless water outlet housing on and replaced hoses . The turbo had NOTHING to do with the car overheating!!! Yet he charged 135$ for a turbo kit and 400$ for turbo labor when a simple basic pressure test on the coolant would have exposed the leak.... You could smell the antifreeze and see the leak! Anyways she paid 772.55$ for NOTHING a thermostat housing she didn't need.. the antifreeze and a turbo kit that I'd love to see receipts on... because it's not there.. I looked .. she has a car that still overheated... he fixed nothing and him and the lady cussed us out when we questioned the bill and work.. it was leaking this bad when she took the car in.. I was recommended this shop because London Automotive could not get to my car for a while. I…read moreshould have waited. I brought my Rav-4 in and after a few days they finally were able to tell me it was my head gasket. After pulling apart my engine they said they needed to send it to a machine shop be because it was warped. After three weeks of having my car I asked about when I could expect it to be finished and of course I would have to wait another week because Thanksgiving was coming and they didn't work over the holiday. They had my car almost 5 weeks and after $7000 later I finally got my car. I went in to pick it up and was told for the first time they don't take checks. Scott told me, "who writes checks anymore?" Well, I do and that was so uncalled for she disrespectful. I had to pick my car up the next day because of this. So fast forward April and my car was not accelerating. I took it to them, again thinking it was still the same issue. I told Scott what the issue was and he set an appointment for me and when I brought it in he said the person that worked on my car was out on bereavement and wouldn't be back for a week. He also didn't believe what I told him was wrong over the phone because there was no engine light on. Now, as I brought it in there was a light on and he said,"oh it is acting up then?" What? He called me the next week and said they did a few diagnostic tests and still can't figure it out and I already owe like $900 and I would have to pay for it out of my pocket. Eventually, they figured out it was the catalytic converter which is right under the head gasket. I feel they should have fixed that as a part of the head gasket but another $2300 later. Scott called me and said the catalytic converter was on back order and it would be ready in September or October. It's now May. He said, "that's why I have three cars. Are you kidding me? Who has three cars just in case one car is not working? I will never go back there again and actually traded my car in for a new one. $900 in diagnostics alone. Obviously they have no ideas what they are doing. Save yourself time and money don't go there.

I brought my Hyundai in to this shop after my car began stalling and showing multiple engine codes…read more From the start, everything was running smoothly. What I was told would be two day repair for my timing chain turned into a month-long experience with my car sitting in the shop. Communication was inconsistent at times, and I often felt in the dark about what was really happening. The shop initially quoted me around $2,600, then revised it to $4100 and offered a $800 discount. The total ended up at $3,908. During the repair, I was told that my dowel pin had broken in the camshaft, which required additional work. I receive a text message saying my car was ready for pickup. I came paid my balance in full. Less than a hundred feet of leaving out the parking lot my check engine light was back on and problem still existed. Im thankful I caught it in time because it was a Friday and they are closed on weekends. So it would have been my word against there's when it came time with correcting the problem. When I arrived for pickup today, the shop stated they waived an additional $800 fee for a solenoid recalibration/replacement that was directly related to the timing chain work they had just performed. I feel strongly that this should have been included in the original service and not presented as an "extra" charge after I had already paid. To their credit, I really appreciated the friendliness of the two administrative assistants, who went above and beyond to help me. They provided me with a shuttle ride home when I dropped off my car, even paid for me an Uber to pick up the loaner vehicle, and made sure I had a loaner car for the month while mine was being repaired. Those accommodations meant a lot during a very long process. The shop also test drove my car for 40+ minutes before releasing it, and the check engine light has not come back on yet. I appreciate that they ultimately covered the $800 charge, but overall the experience left me questioning trust, timelines, and transparency. If you use this shop, know that while they will work with you and provide support, you'll need to ask a lot of questions, push back on extra fees, and keep good records. The repair seems to be holding for now, but the process was much more difficult and drawn out than it should have been.

I had mistakenly drove off with my keys on the roof of my QX30 and could not find them when I doubled back. The Omaha dealership was going to charge me $160 for programming a new fob (which doesn't even include the $350 key itself nor the emergency cutout)!!! Luckily I called up Infiniti KC since we were going to be in the area for Valentine's Day Weekend. Dave Grooms helped me to get an appointment set up. He also managed to get my oil changed when I did come in even though originally he said no promises since it was a busy Friday afternoon. The key programming service cost half of what Infiniti Omaha was going to charge me--KC has a former Mercedes Benz employee working for them who is familiar with the QX30 keys so they only charged for a half hour. Service was prompt and we were met with great company and humor to help take my mind off the hefty bill of losing my set of keys!!!! If it were possible, I'd have given this place 6 stars!

Yet, just because people state something - I still had to do my own research, and I got multiple estimates from different shops. Based on what I was told - I honestly liked what and how things were being replaced. Through out the repair process - they kept me updated via multiple e-mails every other day or so. They were actually sent the wrong body part early in the repair process and even sent me a picture of it, just so I knew they weren't making it up. After my vehicle was repaired and I needed further documentation - they still kept me updated even though they had already been paid by the insurance company - and had nothing to gain. I also actually spoke to the insurance company in the beginning - and they informed me 'Tanner was a good guy.'
