They quickly look up the part, and go to the supplies in the back, and retrieve it. They are polite and funny. Heck, that's half the reason to keep going back. This time it was for a tail light bulb. I don't know too much about the maintenance on my car (I know, I could do better, it's not my specialty). They show you how to do what you need, or will direct you to someone who knows. I took a photo with my phone of my door jam in my car where the paint code is and showed it to the clerk who greeted me enthusiastically when I walked in. He took me right over to the paint, but wasn't sure he was grabbing the right one. He fessed up to being unsure and asked me to wait while he got his manager (in less than a minute). His boss knew exactly what paint to get that would match my vehicle and made other suggestions such as purchasing a "rust stopper / primer." I had a few other questions about techniques and he was quite helpful. Unfortunately the paint that I needed was not in store and the closest location was Independence. He told me that if I could wait 2 hours, he'd get it transported over here and call me for pickup. Around 4 pm, I call them up and they apologize that no one called me as the paint had been sitting there for hours. They took care of me immediately and apologized on the way out and thanked me for my business. My car's rust is now scraped off and the area is now repainted and the buyer of the vehicle is quite happy with the job. You know what that makes me? A SATISFIED customer!

I was near an Orielly's, so I grabbed a replacement and installed it. The new switch works perfectly. The manager at Advanced refused to refund me for the defective switch. He told me that they cannot return electrical parts. He could give me another low-quality switch. I didn't need that because I had to fix it when it went out on me. Orielly's has never given me any trouble returning electrical parts. I guess I now know where to spend my money from now on.
