Upon entrance I tried to check in using their computers and I was going to use the one closest to the entrance. The Mexican guy behind the counter looked at me in disgust I don't kno if he has a thing against black people but he told me I could use the other computer as if I was too close to him. I was very offended but didn't let that ruin my experience. I wasn't able to find the part I needed but when I was leaving I asked this same Mexican guy how much was a radio?? He told me $20... this weekend they have a 50% off sale. I said even with the 50% my price would be $20?? He proceeded to tell me YES! With an attitude as if he didn't want to be bothered. But what he didn't know Is that I had the price list already pulled up. The website states that a radio with cd is $25.29!!!! So with the 50% discount that would have amounted to $12.65!! Pick-n-Pull is a junk yard so don't expect much other than a decent price on parts for a used car…read more Most of the cars are American, Chevy, GM, Buick, Ford, Dodge, Chrysler, etc. so don't expect to find parts for a European car very often. The website is pretty good and usually accurate in terms of locating a year, make, model and location of a vehicle so check it out before going www.PicknPull.com so you don't waste a trip. Just because the website says there is a vehicle there does not mean it will have the part you need, it's a gamble sometimes but you can save some money over Dealer prices for parts. It costs $2 to get in and you have to sign away all rights in case you hurt yourself which is normal. All vehicles are in the air sitting on rims which makes it easy to get at parts. The junk yard smells of oil and is dirty so dress accordingly and bring your own tools. They purchased another junk yard one exit North of Truman Road so if you don't find the part you need here just ask them for directions to the other one and drive 5 minutes North to check out the other location. There are NO Refunds, if you have a receipt and the part is marked you can exchange a part within a week so be careful you get the right part the first time!

He made multiple trips to get the tools needed to get it torn apart. He then proceeded to ensure our trailer was safe for the night. Kerman met us back at the location our trailer broke down the next morning to make sure we got back on the road. But that made no difference to her. I couldn't even get a tool kit member discount, WTH!!! I'm a small business man. I understand making a profit.
