I waited to write this because I wanted to be calm and factual instead of emotional. If I had…read morereviewed this dealership the day I purchased the vehicle, I likely would have given five stars. The buying process was smooth and everyone was polite in person. Unfortunately, what I discovered after the purchase completely changed my experience. I would give negative stars if that were an option, but one star is the only choice. Immediately after buying the vehicle, I had it inspected so I could register it in Missouri. I expected normal used car maintenance items. Instead, I was told the vehicle will not pass Missouri safety inspection and is unsafe to drive. The inspection revealed rusted drive belts and pulleys, rusted and pitted front brake rotors, rear brake shoes rusted from sitting, a worn lower ball joint, bad front and rear struts, torn axle boots, low engine oil, a slipping transmission, cracked control arm bushings, and mold and mouse feces in the air filter system. I was advised not to use the ventilation due to health concerns. The repair estimate is approximately $7000. I paid $3600 for this vehicle. The repairs are nearly double what I paid. This is not minor wear. This vehicle should not have been sold without being able to pass a basic safety inspection. I cannot legally register it in Missouri and do not feel safe driving it to work. When I called to discuss options, I was told my mechanic was trying to take advantage of me. This is someone I trust who actually advised me to try to get my money back instead of paying him for repairs. I was told the car would pass inspection in Kansas and that maybe I should have bought in Missouri. I was then told, "I know a shop in MO that will pass it." That statement was extremely concerning. I asked to send the inspection report. I was told they do not text and do not really have an email. When I asked to return the vehicle, I was told they do not do that, then told sometimes they do with a restocking fee. The owner was supposed to call. No one has. I have disputed the charge with my bank. My bank agrees this situation raises serious concerns and is investigating it as potential fraud. All I want is for them to do the right thing. I am willing to pay a reasonable restocking fee. I simply want my money back so I can purchase a safe and reliable vehicle. Please protect yourself before purchasing from this dealership.

However, walking on to this lot I noticed that the lot itself is not cared for very well. They have several vehicles, but it seemed the grass was growing up around them. Also, the cars were not looking like they've had any care since they arrived on the lot. We won't be giving this car lot a second look.

Legends Honda has refused to issue a prorated refund on an extended warranty that was canceled when my vehicle was declared a total loss -- a refund I'm entitled to under the terms of the contract. I've been a patient, good-faith customer throughout this process. I've followed up repeatedly and gotten nowhere. At this point, patience has run out. If you're purchasing a vehicle or add-on products here, ask hard questions about what happens when things go wrong -- because their after-sale support is nonexistent. I'd strongly recommend documenting everything in writing from day one. I'm now pursuing this through consumer protection channels. What should have been a simple check has turned into a months-long battle. That tells you everything you need to know about how this dealership values its customers after the sale is done.

He was so slow and so dense that he couldn't really answer questions and my husband had to keep basically reminding him of what we just asked and tell him the next step we needed over and over again. Khalil was so bad that he cost this dealership a sure thing sale and we ended up leaving because he ghosted us in the lot for 15 min to go act like a frat bro with his coworkers. Yikes.

We bought a Audi Q7 at Carmax in Costa Mesa, California, and we drove it here to Overland Park. We got it checked out by a professional German mechanic, and it had some major issues, but Carmax is going to take care of it all! This company is so professional and you can trust them when they say they have a good warranty! You can trust their service department! They are incredibly kind and professional! They are also providing a loaner car while we get the car fixed. The process of buying the car was so easy we were in and out of the dealership within three hours and there is a 10 day window where you are allowed to return a car even if you decide you don't like the paint color. Then you have a 30 day warranty. No other dealerships offer something like this all across the United States! We will never buy from any other dealership again other than Carmax! We are absolutely hooked on Carmax and so impressed!

Multiple phone calls, zero answers. At this point, getting someone from CarMax to answer the phone feels like winning the lottery--except I already paid them for a car and still don't have the paperwork I'm legally supposed to have. Nothing but hassle from start to finish. If customer service were a vehicle, apparently mine would still be waiting for its registration. 10/10 would NOT recommend the paperwork experience.
