He made multiple trips to get the tools needed to get it torn apart. He then proceeded to ensure our trailer was safe for the night. Kerman met us back at the location our trailer broke down the next morning to make sure we got back on the road. Although I didn't deal with Southside Truck & Jeep as a business, per se, having someone as helpful as he was on the team is all I need to know to give them a 5-star review.

The guy I talked to initially said I needed to speak to his son about the condition of the car, so once I made contact with the son, he said he could pick it up in 20 minutes. I wasn't ready yet and told him as much. I called again the next day and he was there within 30 minutes after I called. He paid me in cash exactly what he said he would and towed the car away. I showed the lady I could purchase 2 BRAND NEW Shocks for $99.95, see picture below they are not factory. They are heavy duty. She didn't believe me. So I showed her. But that made no difference to her. I couldn't even get a tool kit member discount, WTH!!! I'm a small business man. I understand making a profit. But, NEVER have I over priced anything to my "Customers". And I ACTUALLY give my long time customers a discount for being "LOYAL" to my company. I'll search out another vehicle like mine and buy it for the parts I need for the matching vehicle I have. Because in the long run this "CUSTOMER" will be ripped off for "USED" parts from Pick N Pull one part at a time. Then what I don't need. Maybe Pick n Pull will buy it.
