I want to start this off by saying that everyone there is amazing except the office manager there. She's a complete ass and was horrible when I was in there a few days ago. She was disrespectful to the other lady's in there as well as talking horribly about others that work there I clime hear her from the waiting room and in no way should a manager be talking that way to there employees. Every time I take my vehicle in for service here, I continue to be impressed. Since moving to Kansas City 2 years ago, I've almost exclusively patronized Roberts for any service my vehicle has needed - for things as simple as an oil change or a key fob battery replacement, to more complex service issues. Jeremy, and everyone else in the service department that I've met, has been friendly, honest, and helpful. They are always quick to get me scheduled and I'm never being sold unnecessary work. They always take the time to go over everything and answer any questions I may have. While I haven't bought a car here and therefore can't speak to that, I will say their service department is just top notch. Tom and Matt were so helpful in making this purchase process easy and fast. The car was priced well below KBB value and in immaculate condition. They gave him a very fair price on our trade-in, too. As a decade long customer of Roberts Chevrolet (I've brought non-GM vehicles here too) in my view the service department rocks. This last visit was a simple procedure that i could have waited for but told them I'd come back the next day instead, and of course they said fine. So more than this one service encounter, a history of having Roberts tell me where I didn't need service (I told them I needed a new battery and they checked and serviced it instead and now, 5 years later, that battery is still doing fine) and telling me where what I'd requested didn't make $ sense (I wanted my 4 way flashers fixed and they said the part was $200 or so and asked if I could live without the 4 way flashers) proved that they'll do what the customer wants but also make sure the customer has the info he needs. So this year when I was ready for a new pickup truck, I went to Roberts and purchased one - a good deal on the price, for sure, but the deal closer was my desire to bring it to Roberts' absolutely world class service department. read more

WOW! This dealership is unlike the many others I have had to go to after my car was stolen. I CANNOT BELIEVE how kind, helpful, honest, they were here. They made sure the car I was buying used was perfect, and they worked as a team after I called first thing in morning to buy it. We had test driven it the night before with salesman Matt and then woke up and called saying we wanted to buy it but my car salesman was off. Matt was very nice and NOT pushy. After he knew we weren't going to buy that night he still continued to chat with us and give great advice on car buying in general. The sales manager Bruce assured me they worked as a team and that Matt would get commission for it-- the sales manager and finance manager Tyler were beyond assuring during a high anxiety time. Tyler took care of a scratch in the plastic and the chip in the windshield for free, and you cannot tell either were there. Sitting through an hour of paperwork signing would've sucked and most finance managers are jerks but Tyler was kind and very knowledgeable about finance and cars in general. Side note They do not haggle but if you have been car shopping most places don't any more. They believe in coming forth with their best price and then the financier shops for the best loan for you. If you tell them your monthly goal they will make sure you meet that. They really made the car buying experience friendly and hometown feeling. It totally didn't suck at all. They even delivered my car to me since I would not have a ride to go get it. I will be checking there first for our next car. If you're tired of the big dealerships where you're just a number, this is the place to start. read more

I visited this Dealer at 7:30 pm ,The place was not busy at all and (Angie) the sales person acted annoyed that I wanted to look at an SUV and treated me very poorly . She hands me the keys ,put a tag on the car and I said are you going to ride along ,nope she went back in to play on her phone . Very disappointed and unprofessional treatment of the sales women . So I have never purchased a car from here so this review is more about, well really only about their service department. My employer has for some reason deemed me most capable of maintaining our fleet, which makes perfect since seeing as I don't even know how to open a cars hood, let alone what a belt does or where the oil goes. That is where Robert's comes in! I have been using them for about 6 months now, which means about 10 oil changes and 10 consistent experiences. The facility is always clean, and the service is very quick and courteous. I have never felt like I need to know about cars to keep myself from being taken advantage of here. While sitting in their spacious and quite comfortable waiting room I have overheard many conversations between staff and other patrons. Full explanations are always given as well as options. That is what I most enjoy hearing. I genuinely feel that these guys are there to help service cars, not just make the money. Their prices are fine and their scheduling is quite simple. For those yelpers north of the river, or those who are willing to travel for good service, Robert's should definitely be a consideration. read more

I dont write reviews very often, I think this is my third one. Being in my 80's, it is not something I am used to. But I just had to write about the wonderful experience we had at this dealership. We had Angie as our salesman, and that little lady is a doll! I would not have guessed that she would be so good, and that a salesman would make that much of a difference, but I just had the best time with her and if I had the money I would buy a car from her every day of the week! They were all so kind and helpful and it felt like a nice hometown feel there. It was just fantastic!. Oh and I love my car too! read more
