Automan/Autoplaza called AFTER they had performed the tire rotation and questioned my logic in performing this service multiple times. Then, he said that the tires were worn out and he just couldn't figure out why, but maybe it was out of alignment. The tires had 42,100 miles on them, and they are rated at 45,000 miles - original equipment on the 2016 vehicle. Rotation at 5,000 miles is standard and recommended by Nissan. So, a repair shop worthy of my continued business would have stopped the rotation when taking the first tire off the car, prepared a quick quote of 2-3 tire options and called me to say that they thought it needed tires and perhaps I would consider that rather than the rotation. Not this guy. Charged $45 for a tire rotation he couldn't rationalize. Was bewildered how my tires may be worn out. Suggested there was something wrong with the car, but offered no evidence to that end. Didn't bother to spec out replacement tires for me (even after I asked him to do so and gave 45 minutes before I came to pick up the car.) Services were pricey - my car takes synthetic oil, but they charged over $27 more for this service than my previous mechanic. The dealer where my wife gets her car serviced does a synthetic change including tire rotation, multipoint inspection, and fluid top-off for about the same price I was charged just for the LOF at Automan/Autoplaza. The scratches on my door will buff out, I'm pretty sure. And, I did contact through the "contact us" option on their website and have received no response.

After taking my car to a different shop this time, I realized they didn't do things that were supposed to be done when replacing an ignition. I don't think they set me up for success when I used this shop. I know someone else who has also used them multiple times for motor issues and continue to have problems after investing a lot off money into this shop. The people are friendly but seems like they aren't precise in the work they do, especially when this work is a lot of money out of pocket.

The kicker, I purchased a Toyota Care premium wrap coverage when I bought my car 3 years ago from another dealer, and the contract says to go to the dealer of purchase. Luckily, the folks I talked to on the phone were chill, looked up my car, and said it was totally fine for them to take a peep. Brandon got me checked in on the morning of service, and he estimated I'd be done in about an hour or less. I made my way to the waiting area and was actually surprised to see how well they'd set it up for folks. There's a good amount of chairs with a TV, and then a little nook with an L-shape table for those of us on the clock who need a spot to post up and work. They even had a convenience corner with a self-serve kiosk to buy snacks/drinks. I was, in fact, done in just under an hour since my car only needed a tire rotation and standard look over for the 35k mile mark (and at no cost). Admittedly, I was nervous to bring my car in after reading a few not-so-great reviews from other folks here, but I decided to give it a shot anyway. Glad it worked out!

Best they could do was $6K off, then I went to Adams Toyota in Lee Summit, they took $12.5K off MSRP for exact same truck with same options. I would not recommend Jay Wolfe to even consider for a new vehicle purchase, they are a small dealer and can't compete with local dealers. Service If you schedule few weeks in advance then it's not too bad, however I did have bad experience with them. I was first 5 cars in line at 8AM on Saturday, but due to utter disorganization from the check in staff, I was the last one to get picked since they changed their approach on how they would take customers. I believe people who had not scheduled their appointment jumped in front of me. Their labor rates are same as other dealers, so cost won't be different. I only had oil changes with them, so I am not sure how they will work on warranty items. Overall, this dealership needs to catch up. I met few employees that didn't speak great about this dealership and the management. That is never a good sign.
