She broke her passenger-side tail light; and it had to be replaced immediately that day, or there would be no wedding bliss. After looking him up on Yelp, I called up Mark. I called Central Body to get some info and discuss my options. I spoke with the manager Kathy. The very next day I called back with a few more questions and spoke with her again. From the moment the phone was answered to the very second we hung up the phone both times, Kathy was absolutely AMAZING! Very knowledgeable, 1,000% honest and respectable which was very appreciated and a pleasure to hear. At the end of the day, she did give me her opinion and advised me on NOT getting our camper fixed due to the damage, the year of it and the worth. So, she did turn away business yes, but what she did was save us a HUGE HUGE hassle in the long run and allowed us to make a smart educated decision on what to do. And she also gave me a few tips on how to do an easy diy fix to get us by for a little while until our brand-new camper arrived which was on order. I was scheduled for a Sealtech test and it took 2 1/2 weeks to complete from drop off to pick up. I was promised it would be tested and then got another call about testing soon and then a third call about testing soon. She sat for an entire week while the techs were at training and it was not relayed to the service office staff who schedules appointments. Then another four days before the test was completed and then nearly another week for repairs to be completed. Nate actually said to me "If I am being honest..." I said I hope you are always being honest with me. I was promised the rate of $99 per hour for labor and was charged $199 per hour which I did not notice until I got home and had a chance to look over the bill. My fault for not looking upon pick up, but I was in a hurry and I trust people in business to do better. Lesson learned. Also, I asked for a marker light to be repaired and that was not completed. Was offered a free drawer latch repair as Nate had "One of those sitting in his office desk" and that was not completed. I was told I needed a new back window as it was the probable cause of the leaking in the back wall, and no photos were sent from the Sealtech test to verify the accuracy. I was told pictures of everything would be sent. I had to call them back two days after being told about the window replacement to ask for the estimate of the window to be sent over along with the pictures from the test. Overall, I am not satisfied at all with my experience. I feel I was not an important customer and my needs were not met. Poor business is being done here! Unfortunately, I will not return to Unlimited RV for any servicing or future financing. They lost quite a bit of business as I would have brought my RV back to them for the next decade (9 years left on the loan) and beyond as they are located right in between my home and the storage lot for the RV.

When I asked about the warranty coverage, the lady at Camping World informed me that warranty would not cover the repairs and I would have to pay approximately $1,200 for the repairs. Months later, I was on the ohone with Good Sam warranty myself and learned that no claim had been filed (no phone calll history on my camper). And secondly, not all the repairs were made to my camper. Need I say more ? One of, if not the most horrible business transaction experiences I have ever made. Stay away from this place!!

Ezra went above and beyond helping us when we grabbed the wrong electrical adapters. He took the time to explain everything, helped us get the right parts, and made sure we were comfortable hooking up our new camper to the truck for the first time. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers, which is more than I can say for most of the people we dealt with. He's an absolute rockstar and the only reason I'd ever consider coming back. Now for the part management needs to hear: the rest of our experience was unacceptable. The business or sales manager (not sure which title he hides behind) talked to my wife and me like we were stupid.. completely condescending and rude. I don't appreciate that one bit. Then during our walk-around, mind you this is my first camper and I know a little about them so at this point, I'm completely gullible. I specifically asked the salesman while referencing the thermostat, "I know we can't try everything out because it's winterized, but does it all work?" He looked right at me and said, "Yeah yeah yeah, the heater and A/C works great." That was a flat-out lie. When we got the camper home, I tried the heater and it didn't do a thing. After diagnosing the problem myself, I found broken parts that I had to order and replace just to make it function. The fact that he looked me in the eye and said it worked when it clearly didn't is completely dishonest. Camping World, if anyone higher up sees this, please understand Ezra deserves major recognition. He's the kind of employee that saves your reputation. But your sales and management team? They need serious retraining in honesty and customer respect. People spend their hard-earned money on these purchases, and being lied to right before signing papers is disgusting.
