Everything, from their friendly and knowledgeable staff, to their showroom and selection of very nice Sylvan and South Bay pontoons blew away all of the other boating stores in the entire KC area as far as quality, cost and customer service. Their showroom has a realistic elevated dock which allows your to easily imagine what your boat would like like from that perspective and better than any sketchy ladder or floor perspective you'll find in other shops. Very cool. We shopped them all and felt the best over all inventory, sales staff, and buying process was most helpful and courteous with Blue Springs Marine. We also found the best deal here for the Sylvan Pontoon we wanted within several hundred miles by a couple of thousand bucks. The overall experience of boat selection, financing, setup and delivery exceeded our expectations, and we are so glad that we drove the extra mile to seek them out. Note that I mentioned my TM model six times in the conversation. I paid and he ordered the cover. I tried to put the cover on and it was not close to fitting. I described the situation to BS Marine and they said they would investigate and call me back. They never called back. After speaking with the cover manufacturer they do not even make a cover for my boat configuration and flatly said the cover ordered would not fit my boat. It should never have been ordered. Now BS Marine will not allow a return and refund stating that I said I had a TM model that I have never owned. BS Marine is totally incompetent and unaccountable. I should have read previous reviews. I wish I could rate a no star rating. If you are looking for a reputable marine dealer, don't stop at BS Marine!!
