I spoke to three different people on the phone who were all polite and helpful. It took about 30 minutes around rush hour on a weekday for the truck to get to us, which didn't seem too bad. The technician/driver who assisted us was quiet and polite. He wasted no time getting our car loaded up, drove it to the dealership for us, and also waited outside while we spoke to the service department. He parked it for us, gave us a receipt, and wished us well. We paid $161 for the service. It was about 11.5 miles in total. This seems a bit steep to me but I'm from a smaller town so I imagine this is a pretty reasonable price in the KC area. Overall, I'd recommend this company. They gave accurate estimates of both time and price, were helpful on the phone and in person, and didn't waste our time at all.

Accidents happen but the very way they handled it was no accident. The inspector is liable but it's just the very idea nobody left a note or came to the door and the driver actually waved at me after the damage had been done. Pretty wild.
