From the moment the phone was answered to the very second we hung up the phone both times, Kathy was absolutely AMAZING! Very knowledgeable, 1,000% honest and respectable which was very appreciated and a pleasure to hear. At the end of the day, she did give me her opinion and advised me on NOT getting our camper fixed due to the damage, the year of it and the worth. So, she did turn away business yes, but what she did was save us a HUGE HUGE hassle in the long run and allowed us to make a smart educated decision on what to do. And she also gave me a few tips on how to do an easy diy fix to get us by for a little while until our brand-new camper arrived which was on order. I hope and pray nothing happens with our new one, but if for any reason it does, Central Body is the 1st place I'm gonna go to especially if Kathy is the one that helps us. Super trustworthy and I wouldn't have any doubt about being a customer in the future if I needed to!

I was scheduled for a Sealtech test and it took 2 1/2 weeks to complete from drop off to pick up. I was promised it would be tested and then got another call about testing soon and then a third call about testing soon. She sat for an entire week while the techs were at training and it was not relayed to the service office staff who schedules appointments. Then another four days before the test was completed and then nearly another week for repairs to be completed. Nate actually said to me "If I am being honest..." I said I hope you are always being honest with me. I was promised the rate of $99 per hour for labor and was charged $199 per hour which I did not notice until I got home and had a chance to look over the bill. My fault for not looking upon pick up, but I was in a hurry and I trust people in business to do better. Lesson learned. Also, I asked for a marker light to be repaired and that was not completed. Was offered a free drawer latch repair as Nate had "One of those sitting in his office desk" and that was not completed. I was told I needed a new back window as it was the probable cause of the leaking in the back wall, and no photos were sent from the Sealtech test to verify the accuracy. I was told pictures of everything would be sent. I had to call them back two days after being told about the window replacement to ask for the estimate of the window to be sent over along with the pictures from the test. Overall, I am not satisfied at all with my experience. I feel I was not an important customer and my needs were not met. Poor business is being done here! Unfortunately, I will not return to Unlimited RV for any servicing or future financing. They lost quite a bit of business as I would have brought my RV back to them for the next decade (9 years left on the loan) and beyond as they are located right in between my home and the storage lot for the RV.

Premier swapped out our awning, replaced our coach batteries, fixed a clogged drain and a couple of other minor items at a total cost about half of what we expected. More importantly, they communicated with us at every step - advising of costs and options and getting specific approval. I think this is a family business (dealt with the owner usually) and they are very concerned about their reputation - which means they'll stand by their work. Color me as a repeat customer.

Knee deep in the moving process, right at the point where we can bring some things over and we…read morefound a gigantic bolt wedged right into the tread of my wife's car. Anyone who has ever moved knows that, of course that would happen that week! Fortunately, we found Zohr on Yelp and it was a mixed bag but ended up working pretty well. The bolt was discovered on a Saturday and we couldn't get anyone out until Monday around lunchtime. Not a huge issue as we have two cars and could ride it out, as long as they were on time... More about that in a sec. They were on the ball and said they could likely patch it, but got the tire size in case they needed to replace it on the spot. Their idea is genius, by the way. They'll come to you wherever and remove your tire and get it all fixed up or replaced, saving you the danger of driving on a wonky tire. They rescheduled us for Monday evening which didn't work with our closing/moving schedule, and called to have it at the original time. They didn't show during the window, and we had to call more than a few times to confirm they were still coming. Definitely frustrating to deal with, and I was ready to go to Plan B, but fortunately they ended up not being too late (about two hours after the window). My frustrations faded once they got someone en route; they became very responsive, communicative and let us know exactly when they'd be there. When they arrived, they said that since the bolt was in the tread they could plug it and be done in 15-20 minutes. Really grateful because we need a whole new set of tires on this car sometime soon, but would be a bummer to buy one and then have to buy a set again. Their tech was friendly and quick, very efficient, and the price was fair (I want to say around $85 out the door). They were a bit confused with the Yelp check in offer of 20% off, but I'm not sweating it too much. All in all, I was not the happiest camper the way it was going around appointment time, but they stepped up and totally redeemed themselves! Would use them again, but hopefully won't have to.

Tire repair…read more Requested tire repair from website showing 24 hr repair service. Was told in would be approximately 24 hrs before they could show up to repair the tire. Price advertised for tire repair is $45 and was quoted a price of $189.00!! Don't bother to make a call to these folks if you are in a jam.
