This is where we come every summer, for berry picking! Strawberries, blueberries and raspberries. Let's talk about their blueberries! I've always been strictly fond of wild blueberries, you know, the tiny ones? Well! Fairwinds Farm has highbush, and their orchard is superb. The berries are as big as grapes! The sweetest. I'm now a highbush berry fan 100%.

This place is amazing especially for kids!!! You go up, purchase a quart or a box, and then start picking. It's that easy and it's super fun. Strawberry picking is no joke...lots of bending, squatting, and...picking! They are open from 7:00 am - 7:00 pm but I would suggest going closer to sunset so you don't have the sun beating down on you. I would even recommend going when it's cloudy!!! The best part is taste testing while you're picking! Yum!!!

First time picking strawberries it was fun. The step up was very easy checkin at blue tent check out at white tent. Workers were nice they had hand washing stations and they take debit or credit in closing cash. I paid 22.00 for about 6 quarts including the containers to put them in. I will be back for more and for the blueberries

Strawberries pick-your-own.

Loved this farm. Happened upon this farm while looking for a 'you pick' location. Drove up and found out that it was a kids celebration day and every kid 12 and under was able to pick a free quart of strawberries. We also picked a tray along with the 2 quarts and honestly, the prices can't be beat. The service was friendly and I will definitely be back!

This family owned farm is just so wonderful. From their massive fields of pick your own strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries to their farm stand at local farmers' market they nail it as a farm! Last year we took part in their farm share. Spend $200., get $250. worth of produce of your choice throughout the season. In the past, some of the farm shares I have taken part of have preselected items put together, which for our family of two was overwhelming. I really enjoyed having the freedom to use the money when we wanted the produce. Their field PYO prices are always reasonable and their 7-7 hours are good for anyone's schedule. Also, bring your own container to save a little cash and give yourself a little assurance that your wont have strawberries rolling around your car.

Notice the tiny hands trying to reach the berries!
