The prices don't always seem like they are a bargain, so you really need to know what you're looking for and at what price you're willing to pay. There is definitely something for everyone. I was on a quest for finding a new Easter dress and hubby wanted to go to Columbia. There is a cute play area for the little kids and this visit I noticed a couple of food trucks that I had never seen before. This parking lot is a little wonky and not very easy to get in/out and around. Signage could be better as well. During the Fall/Christmas time it is definitely much more busy. We came midweek and during the day, so there was plenty of parking and it wasn't crowded at all.

All the parking lots have been filled in the middle with more stores. The parking situation is bad. The weird thing is, the stores are not that packed. That really tells me that parking is inadequate. There's no traffic control whatsoever. It's takes at least 20 minutes to pull out of your parking space and get to an exit to get on the surrounding roads. I hope that there are officers directing traffic and keeping pedestrians from getting hit by cars. Shopper beware! Not sure if it's worth the hassle.

I also saw a reviewer mentioning about 2 annoying kids clogging up the slide going up the wrong way. You were way too nice. I would've slid down myself after several verbal warnings. Shame on those kids' parents (if you can call them parents) for not watching their brats. I've seen this at times too and usually a verbal warning and rebuke from me was enough to straighten out the pests who abuse the playground like that. I mean obviously this should, in no way, reflect the rating of Watters Creek area since it's not their fault there are selfish kids/parents who visit there. If there's a knock at all with the development at large, it's the lack of access on the west side, courtesy of the right-of-way reserved for a light rail deal which may never happen. Ingress on the north side is OK, and egress is fine if you're going east, not so much if you're going west. If you're going to be a regular customer, you'll probably discover that the north-south Allen Station Parkway along the east side is your best friend in terms of access. All in all, a nice place to visit, and you can shop, dine and be entertained, all in the same area.

Long story even longer, I end up buying the goodwill couch , she points me over to this store and I walk in and it's like the Coach of second hand stores! Remember I said I had 2 hours, well my very bougie attorney friend lives around the corner, she called during my initial " I'm locked out" and was already on her way and decided to pull up the moment I stepped into this glorious second hand store. I quickly survey the entire store in oh I'd see 3 mins flat and spot ANOTHER couch I could take my eyes on. I had already scanned all the other couches and the prices were $200-300. This Plaza has left quite a legacy on Dallas, especially in the sense that it is one of the most exciting little spots in the area. The massive Chinatown in the Plano area is full of wonder and interesting stuff. This is one of the more interesting aspects of it with a massive Japanese supermarket (Mitsuwa) just a little way down from a really awesome strip mall featuring all kinds of Asian goodies and a very cool food court, where a whole host of different selections are on offer. Everything looks brand new and as you can see Barbie looked great when we came here.
