Their prices are great and the knives I received were of excellent quality. Their customer service is top notch too. We called because we thought we did not receive our full order. They are also probably the largest distributor in the state of Texas for Case knives and other brands of cutlery. I have been a customer of Mott's since around 1995. Marvin and Kathy are great people and have really expanded their business in the last 20+ years! They now offer all kinds of different flavors of coffee that you can try on your visit. They have a great selection of Lodge Cookware and many other things including grills, fire pits, and fish fryers. After moving away I could always count on them to ship my phone or online orders for pocket knives on time for gifts or personal use. They have many other things you need for running your farming or ranching operations. Just about everything you need for making home repairs or improvements. Great folks to do business with!

This was when the Sabine River was overflowing and looking to take a short break as we detoured through East Texas to reach Louisiana. At 5:45 am a man beat on the window and told us to leave the parking lot as the store was opening. We were parked in plain view in the front and not been bothering anything in a vacant lot. The store would not be opening any time soon and we were not even asked if everything was okay, just told to go. Left an impression on us that will not fade.
