It's 4:06 with not a soul spine to us in 35 minutes. Lady literally walks up at 409 pm says the labels in the back are t correct and unsure if they have the washer & dryer now but refuse to sell floor model.. Our 2nd sell associate come up at 410 pm says man your still here. I saw you before I went to lunch. He's now helping attempt to find product we are attempting to purchase. He retired at 415 days we have dryer & washer and 1 pedestal but unsure if he can sell it because someone purchased said item but not tagged etc. I'm beyond pissed about this transaction. Update!!!! It's now 431 pm and we're now walking out the door. I will do my very best to never step foot in this place again Update 3 it's now 445 stopped in parking lot. We're back in store leaving with both washer & dryer. I am still aggravated that we waisted 2 hours dealing with this mess. John the sales associate did his very best. He was associate #2 I speak of. It's not his fault he did try to make it right.

When I arrived at Stein's, I was directed to go over to the Garden Center. When I arrived, I began looking at the grills, still not sure what I was going to purchase. That's when this remarkable young man by the name of Billy came up and offered assistance. Not only did he inform me about all the grills, but upon determining which one I was going to purchase, he offered to set it up for me, which not only saved time but also energy. The perfect example of the local hardware store…read more.. I was in the area doing some work on my parcel of land by Toledo Bend and one of my hand tools broke. Not being familiar with the town of Many and short on time, I used Yelp! to find the nearest hardware store. The older gentleman working couldn't have been more helpful. He showed me where the screw to fix my tool was located, help me choose the size and then, having no tools with me, helped me fix the tool (I brought it along) with a couple wrenches off the shelf. I also picked up another hand tool I forgot at home, which was reasonably priced compared with the big box stores like Home Depot and Lowe's. I would have liked to look around a little more, but had to get back to work. I wasn't in the market for them, I did notice a few hard to find building supplies and hunting items that can't be found at chain stores like Lowe's and Academy. Overall, a great experience...and I was back to work in no time. Probably more of a 4.5 rating, but I'll go with a 5 star rating because of the service and the fact that these local stores are getting harder to find nowadays when corporations come to town.

Their prices are great and the knives I received were of excellent quality. Their customer service is top notch too. We called because we thought we did not receive our full order. They stayed on the phone while I checked all over - and guess what! I found the box, and got another great knife inside. BUY from here, but leave some knives for me too !! (We are not in Texas and made online purchases but if we ever get to Spurlock we are visiting Mott's.)

They are also probably the largest distributor in the state of Texas for Case knives and other brands of cutlery. I have been a customer of Mott's since around 1995. Marvin and Kathy are great people and have really expanded their business in the last 20+ years! They now offer all kinds of different flavors of coffee that you can try on your visit. They have a great selection of Lodge Cookware and many other things including grills, fire pits, and fish fryers. After moving away I could always count on them to ship my phone or online orders for pocket knives on time for gifts or personal use. They have many other things you need for running your farming or ranching operations. Just about everything you need for making home repairs or improvements. Great folks to do business with!
