The whole team was very professional...they extracted the water so we could get the store re-opened for business. I called multiple times and on numerous occasions was told there was nothing anyone could do. I was told originally it had something to do with "bad winter weather" which is funny considering the SECOND time my delivery was canceled it was 70 degrees and sunny out. I finally called the local office and the woman was short with me and continuously cut me off. It was clear she was attempting to get me off the phone as quickly as possible. Mind you, each time the company delays, you as the customer have to pay a new delivery fee, storage fee, and whatever else fee. That's ridiculous when the delay was on the business side and not my own. One thing is completely certain, I will NEVER EVER recommend or use PODS services ever again.
