I had a free consultation today, and have never had any sort of cosmetic procedure/injections…read morebefore. The office is clean and bright, and the associate at the front desk was very nice and friendly. I had my consultation with Kaylee, who was so kind and informative, making me feel very comfortable and educated on the whole process. I ended up trying a bit of Botox and got a lip flip, and the whole process was very minimally painful and so quick! I'm excited to see the results!

I asked for a refund, they told me to FLY back here and try to reschedule. Which I did reluctantly. I moved to Colorado right after that procedure. I tried to reschedule when I was in town visiting my folks which was extremely difficult when it was cancelled by bio and then the rescheduled with the same provider that I asked not to see. So, I asked again for a refund since it is not reasonable for me to fly there and then have a cancellation and try to deal with flight delays. They agreed to send me a check and I gave them my address. That was over 2 months ago. I never received the refund check. I have called VIO three times since then and left a message for the manager with the receptionist and once on the machine. They DO NOT CALL ME BACK. I've been nothing but patient and kind and I don't appreciate being lied to. This is incredibly expensive procedure I do to minimize my melasma. But, it has to be done correctly. VIO is the only time I have had this done incorrectly and I have had MoXI at least 15 times at other places. You need to call me back and send the refund check. This is your last chance or I have to leave reviews like this and make a better business bureau complaint. Your choice. Do the right thing, Please return my call and send the check that was promised to me.

First and foremost I want to say that the level of professionalism at this location can be…read moreimproved immensely. I scheduled a 90 minutes (service ) which included an 30 minute stretch and a 60 minute massage. I specifically called to book these appointments and was quoted the price would be $130. Cool! I arrive to my appointment 15 minutes early and my massage therapist did not come to get me until 3 minutes after the appointment start time. This was the first red flag, after 20 minutes into my (30) minutes stretch she stopped and said ok, now we'll work on your massage. In the back of my mind I'm think ummm ok! I could have sworn I booked a (30) minutes stretch. She stopped the stretch at exactly (20) and then left the room for (5) minutes before starting my massage. When I asked about the time on the stretch she literally said well "technically it's a (20) minutes massage and a (50) minutes massage. Well, now I'm really pisses because I'm sure they should have explained these "technicalities before booking my session. This is call False advertising!!! 1000%. So . After my services were done I was not offered any water and changed $145.00 for the full time of a (30) minute stretch and (60) massage. When addressing my concerns to management, I felt I had to defend myself and go back and forth regarding the logic behind the misrepresentation of the services time and cost. As a paying customer and for someone who went to lay to relax , I was left with more stress and frustration that could have been handled more professionally the moment that I addressed my disappointment. I will be contact corporate and filing a complaint with state board immediately concerning the unprofessional and false advertisement of sales and services. I will never go to this location , and from the looks of it, I should have read the reviews on Yelp before spending my hard earned money somewhere, it's not appropriated. Long story short my review of the overall services itself was an 6/10. Nothing special and I never felt not 1 since pressure point touched of relieved of stress! :( Twila was my therapy Just FYI! No water offered after a deep tissue massage is very rude and unprofessional.

SCAM ALERT they keep charging my credit card. I told them I didn't want the 2 for $120 anymore and…read morelow and behold they keep charging me

SWEET BABY JESUS! HOW HAS THIS PLACE NOT BEEN REVIEWED AS OF YET!?…read moreI must admit, I was always under the assumption that Ulta was the poor (wo)man's Sephora. Boy, was I ever wrong! In addition to having all the regular drug store fare when it comes to cosmetics and skin care (think Almay, Revlon, Neutrogena, Loreal, etc.), Ulta also carries several lines of skin care and make-up that you see in Sephora and high-end department stores (here, think Two Faced, Philosophy, Bare Escentuals, Kerastase, Anastasia, Smashbox, and the like). They also carry an extensive array of hair care, nail, and body products. For their hair care, they really do have it all, including dozens of specialty lines of professional products for every type of hair imaginable. From the looks of it, the back of the store also doubled as a hair salon, since I saw some ladies getting their hair blown out while seated in salon chairs. Towards the front of the store, they sell a nice selection of designer fragrances, and while they may not carry EVERY scent imaginable or all the latest in perfume/cologne, I did see all of my favorites on the shelves. They carried all the best sellers from Chanel, Dior, Marc Jacobs, D&G, and Burberry, to name a few. Did I mention they carry mens skin care, cologne, and hair cair products as well? They also provide eyebrow waxing, which I'm interested to try out. Ulta offers a rewards card similar to the Sephora card where you accumulate points for every dollar you spend at the store. I'm excited to have found an alternative to Sephora (even though I still love them) for my beauty needs.

This Ulta is a good location. They don't have as large of a clearance selection as some of the…read moreother locations, but that's okay. The staff members here were very friendly during my visit yesterday and I was able to find everything I needed.
