I thought I would treat myself to a manicure for my birthday today. The salon manicure is described…read moreas "A comforting manicure to make your hands feel like a million bucks! We will soak your nails, shape, cuticle push, lotion massage and finish with the polish of your choice." I had no soak and no lotion massage, no shaping........I did have a junior stylist that had no idea what she was doing. She cut my nails as short as possible, after the first one, I had to let her finish so they would all be the same length. After she cut them, she asked if I wanted them short. They use Zoya nail polish that has tiny brushes, she was dripping the nail polish on and spreading it out. I told her it was too thick and she said she was trying to get rid of the streaks, I asked to take it off a do just clear. She dripped that on as well. My nails are not even, they actually have corners. I am so disappointed. I came home, removed the goop, shaped and polished my own nails.

One of the worst experiences I've had at a hair salon. I asked for a ombré look that has my natural…read morehair (second picture shown and was used as reference) and what I got after TWO tries was a blunt brassy dye job. I have never had any issues with lightening my hair before. And to get charged $195, for this?! My balayage for my wedding was way cheaper and MUCH better looking than this (different salon). I'm disappointed to have to write this review but even more disappointed that I'm stuck with this hair. This was after the stylist had two tries, used toner and "let the purple shampoo sit" in my hair for some time. I wish I would have known how bad it looked in the back and with natural lighting before leaving. Management has still not contacted me after I called the store and left my information. Update!!! After getting in contact with the salon manager/owner, she refused to give me a full refund but offered to fix my hair herself. I did get $60 back, and agreed to come in for a 3rd attempt. This experience was MUCH better. The owner, Amanda, was able to take out the brassy tone and blend the colors so it's no longer blunt. While it's not exactly the color as I wanted, it is SO much better and I feel like I got my money's worth. Also another stylist, Brandon, was super nice and styled my hair perfectly, making sure to inform me on the products he used in my hair. I'm glad I gave this place another chance, and was able to walk out happy with my hair.

Clients Beware, You Are NOT Being Told the Truth About Where Your Money Is Going…read more For two years, I tipped my nurse injector at Radiant Divine Medical Spa under the belief that my gratuity was going directly to her, the person who performed the service. What I didn't know, and what no one at the spa ever disclosed, is that all tips across every Radiant Divine location are sent directly to the co-owner, Ryan Devault, a man who is not a licensed medical professional. According to a phone conversation Ryan had with my husband, he personally collects all client tips and redistributes them to employees as he sees fit, including staff members you never interacted with. Not only is this incredibly deceptive, but it's also unethical. Clients are never told that their tips won't go to the person who cared for them, and I was never given the chance to opt out of this hidden policy. Even more troubling, Ryan's wife, Rachel Devault, is a licensed nurse and also a co-owner who works at one of the spa's locations. While I can't confirm whether she accepts tips herself, her dual role makes the entire system feel like it was designed to exploit a loophole, to benefit from client gratuities without disclosing where that money actually goes. When I found out what was happening, I called to cancel my membership and voice my concern. Instead of taking accountability, I was met with resistance and eventually offered a refund, only if I agreed to delete my Google review. That moment told me everything I needed to know about how this business operates. Radiant Divine presents itself as a high-end, professional medical spa, but behind the scenes is a web of non-disclosed financial practices, conflict of interest, and reputation damage control. Clients deserve transparency, especially when it involves money, medical professionals, and trust. Please think twice before doing business here. If I had known the truth earlier, I would never have stepped foot in the place.

Terrible experience! One time, I had Botox injections and weeks later I noticed it didn't work…read more When I called, they said I received a bad batch and that others had complained as well. After much persistence, they did give me injections again free of cost, but they knew there was a problem and never contacted me. They were very reluctant to help! Another time, the nurse hit a vein when injecting Botox and I got a terrible bruise around my eye and swelling that lasted over a week. They refused to accept responsibility and refused to give me a refund. They said the awful bruise and swelling was a possible side effect, but when I went to my doctor because I was concerned it was something serious, the doctor said it was an avoidable problem - the nurse should have known where the vein was located. Do not go there!!!!
