Many ions ago, I used to work for Dino at his Galleria location when it first opened (no longer…read morethere). I moved away from Ohio and haven't lived here for over 30 years until five weeks ago. I desperately needed my hair done. I was terrified because I have a cut and color which isn't what one would call conservative. I'm very nit-picky to make matters worse. I called Dino and he recommended I go to Deena at this location. Long story short, not only did I like my color and cut, I LOVE it. So much that I returned five weeks later to have her cut and retouch my roots. Although my cut and color was on point, I have to say my satisfaction is due to how Deena went about achieving the results I wanted. She spent time not just speaking with me, but listening and asking questions to ensure she understood what I was looking for, my day to day lifestyle, and my interests as so to get to know me and give me the cut and color to coincide with it all. What I loved most was her honesty. I am a tad bit on the eccentric side, therefore opted for a color which is not the average blonde, brunette, etc., but rather blue and platinum. I am a 49 year old woman who works in the business world, therefore the color /cut combination to work well in a conservative business type setting without looking like an older woman trying to look 16 again. Deena successfully gave me what I wanted combined with a VERY sophisticated, chic cut which looks fantastic in a business suit, yet funky and hip when I go to an art opening, lunch with the girls, etc! BRAVO Deena and THANK YOU to Dino and his staff at Studio Palmieri on West 6th street! Great salon. Great stylist. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

During my last visit July 25, 2026, there was a shortage of staff due to an event the employees were attending at Noon on a Saturday. The stylist I booked with was leaving early for the day and Ashley did my gel manicure. I was concerned because my polish, even gel) doesn't last longer than 7-10 days. Ashley took her time and even recommended a polish to strengthen my nails. I was amazed my manicure lasted one month!!! Will definitely return for my next manicure.

I downloaded and made an account on Yelp just so I could recommend Studio Wish. This is not a paid…read morereview nor is it written by AI. This is an honest take from a long-time customer. I've been a customer of Studio Wish since before they moved up to their new location. Their service is impeccable. First, booking an appointment, or even walking in, is always very an easy and accommodating experience. When I first walk in the door and am greeted by front of house staff, I am always treated with kindness and respect. Everyone is always so welcoming and cheerful! The studio "vibe" is absolutely gorgeous and unique. I am always amused at the range of clientele I've seen. I've seen teenagers to octogenarians at the salon (and all treated with kindness and respect). And, I love the addition of the bar and custom mocktails (I'm sorry, I can't remember if alcohol is served or not!). It tips the salon from an awesome studio to a unique and amazing one. A bit of glitter on an already stellar atmosphere! I've only had my hair cut and styled as well as purchased a few products. I haven't tried any of the other amazing services they offer quite yet but I hope to change this soon. I have never, not a single time, been disappointed by the quality or look of my cut. I have walked in and said "do what you think will look best for me" and put my trust into the salon (and, well, the amazingly talented Mckenzie!) I have walked out feeling happier, healthier, and more confident. Further, I've never felt like there has been high pressure to buy or addon extras that'd break my budget. Yes, services and products are suggested, but it is never the high pressure sales that I sometimes see at other salons. Checking out and paying is a breeze. I have never felt there are any hidden fees. Prices are clearly labeled on their website. With all this being said, yes, Studio Wish is pricey. However, as the old addage goes, you will get what you pay for. I feel like I've invested in the health of my hair when I come to Wish and thus see it as a sort of doctor's appointment. You wouldn't want to see a cheap doctor would you? So why would you cheap out on your scalp and hair health? Book an appointment. Get pampered by the amazing staff. Treat yourself and enjoy the Studio Wish Salon.
